Now the following questions:

1) How do I get the missing images? The images for the "bonus videos" are missing from the sales page I downloaded.

Hello again Terry,

No problem, you're helping me work out the kinks!

I updated and uploaded the sales letter. I put the video cover images in the right folder this time Please download it again.

The "thousands" was a typo I'm very sorry I originally had a package that I was going to include that contained more only to find out that is was sold to me illegally, so I had to remove it and I added the new bonus.
It contains the two packages that the images represent. I have fixed the text.

I apologize for all of the trouble. Hopefully everything should work
fine now.
