I am not a newbie. I am more than good with HTML CSS, installing and editing blog templates, forums etc.

I am also an expert writer/author in many of the article directories including ezinearticles. Just as I wanted to complete "100 Articles in 100 Days" Challenge on time, I wrote about 80 articles in just last 10 days. I have completed the challenge.

I'm telling you these, since these are the two of the requirements you mentioned. I will be a quick learner. I think, I may be the easiest one of all 10 you will be dealing with this month. But all I want is a confirmation whether I will achieve what you claim in a month and if not will you really refund?

I am very tight on my budget. I think I will spend 177+30= $207(approx.). I wish to confirm that I make AT LEAST $300 if not what you claim in a month. Will you refund if I do not make even $300? OR you will say "You still made a sale" and go away?

I do not wish to lose what I have already achieved. I have a list with Aweber (Very high click rates but may be all are interested in free stuff OR I'm not advertising good enough). I don't flip start sites again except if I am doing house clearing or one of my previous buyers as for it.

Page rank? I really don't care about it. Just make sure my site make some money and I will sell it off.

Having someone who trusts you and ready to buy from you makes you more money. I sold 5 sites to a single person for over $14k.

There is no other fee. Before listing the site(s) for sale, you must have made some money through either adsense or affiliate sales and that can be reinvested into listing the site for sale.

My target for my students is for them to have 3 sites that are making money using several methods that I will not want to reveal here, once this happens they then sell one or two of the sites to raise at least $1,500 ( I am sure about this, very sure, the students just have to work hard and trust my judgement ) and then keep the last site for long term.

The $1,500 is just quoted so we don't leave room for disappointments. I would rather under promise and over deliever than over promise and under deliever.

As for the number of articles, I am targetting 50 per niche. The students are to write it themselves or outsource it.

If you follow my lead, you are almost certain to make money with adsense and or affiliate product sales. I don't want to assume you are not going to make any money but in case you make no money, then I will refund you your money.

I will also refund you your money if you are giving me excuses. I like working with someone who is ready to work. Money don't grow on trees and if they do, you still have to climb the tree.

Like I said, you will have your money back if after the 30 days you still haven't made $1,500.

Update : Please ask as much questions as you can before signing up for this service. I have had 2 people running away after purchasing as a result of them having to write articles.

I won't want someone buying the WSO and then asking for a refund immediately they discover they have to work. I am not a magician, if you want to make money, then you have to work for it.

Like I said in the sales letter, I will like if all students create and make in 3 different niches and write 50 articles per niche.

The articles has to be been 350 and 400 words. If you can write the articles please do, outsource if you can.

If you outsource, you will still be making a handsome profit as you will have time to work on othe things order than writing articles.

To me, I prefer to outsource as it is far more profitable than writing by myself. Outsourcing will free up your time, enable you to concentrate build links and other things that I will ask you to do.

Apart from articles you need to buy some backlink build service on the warrior forum but that is if you have the money.

I recommend it to all my students and it makes things faster for them but it is optional. You can do it yourself or get someone to do it for you choice is yours.
