Not all memberships are related and you stand a better chance if you drive targeted traffic to each one.

I'd hate to see you investing in my (or anyone's) products and then not making money.

Have you try to compare with your membership site vs one of (similar niche to yours) membership site which is already successful. Why not become an affiliate with them and get closer to 100% commission with setup fees or FREE than to setup whole thing up with scratch--(zero members to start)

Which one is most effectively way to make money out there in short time in term of investment ROI and keep earning $$$ over the time? Membership setup (you) or join with membership affiliate ?

Up until the recent global recession and ensuing real estate market collapse, my info-product on real estate investing was one of the Top 5 sellers on Clickbank. Life was good, but things were about to change..
