I'm very interested, but I'm confused about the daily quota.

Throughout the thread you mention several times that a writer would write about 4500 words per day.

Each content writer employee has a daily quota of 3500++ words with data entry/submission/CMS uploading work or 4500++ words without data entry work.

Based on tests and results I've conducted over the years (since Sept 2006), a full time content writer assistant can complete 10 400to500-word content pages in 8 hours without compensating overall quality.

But in post number 1 you say that the writer has a daily quota of 2000 words.

Daily Quota: 2000++ words of unique, high quality English content each day, 20 days per month -- That's only $3.55 per 500++-word rite-up...
You can divide this daily quota into any number of write-ups, of any type and in any length, provided it's collectively worth 2000++ words/day or 10K words/week or 40K words/month...

What makes the difference from 4500 to 2000 and what can I expect when i hire someone primarily for writing, no submitting, no posting, no data entry?

Hi Ralf. This is an old thread, and I recently edited our OP in this thread. Noticed high burnouts and attrition rates with the 4000++ to 5000++-word daily quota. Have reduced it to 2000++ words, with an incentive of higher pay with more work to reward hardworking employees. This means the implemented daily quota, 20 days per month, is now officially 2000++ words of unique, high quality content, 20 days per month, at $285/month. You can divide this daily quota into any number of write-ups, of any type and in any length, provided it's collectively worth 2000++ words/day or 20000++ words/10 work days or 40000++ words/20-work day month. This means a 10K++-word ebook will take 5 (five) work days to complete, a 5000++-word report 2.5 work days to complete, etc.

Hi. Yes, they can be assigned to submit each article out of their four 500++-word articles per day, twenty days per month, to three article directories of your choice, using your author accounts.
