when you said campaign is it something with to do ads! do i need a website. Is it something that i can do right away. how much roughly is the investment involve to make $20 a day. I have a shoestring budget and would to know if this something i can do. Thanks.

You wont be directly advertising to anyone with ads and you can easily just setup a free site from blogger.com. I would recommend you invest in a little to set everything up.

No, wait, I think, by 'minimum', he must have meant that sometimes it takes as little as 15 minutes, and that it always takes at least that. Of course that doesn't let us know how long it might take, the other times, or how long it usually takes, etc.
