OK, just pulled the trigger on this one. It sounds like a good fit for some niches I have researched recently where this might be a good method.

Hi Matthew: Is this directed at consultants or it it directed at those who want traffic? Also, are you going to have an affiliate program once the price is at the fullest or do you have one now? CT |

For the Record: I purchased this WSO a few months ago, and I would like to share a few results with you guys (without exposing sensitive info).... 1st. I purchased this WSO along with 1 other postcard related WSO, and actually took action and failed -- TWICE using both methods separately. My failure had nothing to do with the systems itself, because the truth is, there IS room for interpretation. Neither one of the systems really TELL you what to do next, but simply give you the steps to follow that DOES make the system work. In fairness, no system you follow without a mentor by your side will go without mistakes. However, I've learned so much from them that by my THIRD time using a similar postcard system, I make really good money. Keep in mind, this is all still using postcards to drive traffic and generate sales. 2. My results are, to say the least, breathtaking. It's VERY possible to make 100% - 300% for just ONE mailing. In fact, my mentor doesn't want to do a campaign that does anything less than 100% ROI. You can expect roughly the same with Matt's system with a little work, creativity, and outside the box thinking. If anything, you will learn a lot and be exposed to a different world of making money that IS real, but you DO have to work to make it real for you. The mistakes you make are more expensive, but sorta comes with the territory of 100%-300% ROI's. All in all, I would say by Matt's course because it is the real deal...and more importantly, you have to implement. You just can't gain anything or truly learn anything until you do 1 or 2 campaigns. From there momentum and drive will push you to success, and the rest is history .Thank you Matt for exposing me to this way of doing business, if it weren't for this WSO, I would still be doing "internet marketing" right now. |

I've finished reading everything. Everything is provided in clean and easy to understand instructions. The book is pretty well thought out and I'm not much of a reader outside of magazines or comic books, I enjoyed this a lot and hope to put it to good use very soon. I actually design postcards for my day time job and I think some of the stuff outlined in this book will help out there also. There is something that may be a "key" to us generating more response from our postcards. I'm going to test it out and see if my way or the books way generates more response. |

Yes, you can market postcards to certain states or cities. When you buy your list you can narrow it down by zip code, city, state, area code, etc. As for the second part of your question, no it's not more expensive. Kind of the wrong question to ask, to be honest. Selecting the most targeted list is the most important part of using direct mail.

| I always do the research end of things myself, but the actual printing and mailing is something that I recommend outsourcing to one of the full-service mailing companies I list in the course. To your success, Matt Quote:

on the niche you're targeting. Some niches work better with high-ticket items and vice versa. For example: A list of high end investors may be VERY interested in a comprehensive trading system that costs thousands of dollars. This type of niche routinely spends big $$ on systems like this. But they probably would tend to ignore a $20 ebook because it isn't "serious" enough for their needs. On the flip side, a list of women ages 25-60 who routinely purchase beauty products like makeup, skin cream, etc., online are GREAT candidates for a free teeth whitening trial, but would probably not be a great fit for a product that costs thousands of dollars. Keep in mind that the list brokers I recommend provide you with the EXACT demographic info you need so you can target your list with the most appropriate product. This info often includes the types of products these people buy and how much they spend on average. To your success, Matt

Hi Matt, I've read your WSO and most of the thread responses. It looks like a great idea/system. I'm considering buying it. I do have a question for you, with regards to how you use PPM to sign up new customers for offline consulting. I am just starting an offline consulting business and like the idea of prospecting with a postcard marketing campaigns. Can I use your system to target specific offline markets like Home Improvement Contractors, Accountants, Restaurants, Retail Stores etc. without major tweaking (other than initial market testing etc.)? Do you address offline consulting and how the PPM system can be applied to it? Thanks Yogi |

I personally don't do offline consulting, but postcard marketing would certainly be an excellent fit. Keep in mind that postcard marketing is an incredibly versatile marketing medium that can be successfully applied to virtually any business model or industry. So the short answer is a resounding "YES!" - This system can easily be applied to target specific offline markets like Home Improvement Contractors, Accountants, Restaurants, Retail Stores etc. To your success, Matt

Hey guys - I just got done reading this book on postcard marketing and here are my thoughts. Please understand that I am not some newbie, last year I sent out over 10,000 postcards and have use them since day one for my offline businesses. This is a decent report filled with top level knowledge. It gives you the bare basics in some areas but I feel it lacks in some important information. There are no real instructions for postcard design. Yes he gives you the frame work but zero actual either case studies or examples. A lot of "here's what I would do" (theory in my mind) compared to here's what I did do (actual taking action). Also the suggestion to email on Friday to me is dead wrong. Businesses and people seem to respond to the middle of the week and not the beginning. Again this is not based on theory but actual testing I've done. In short if your looking for a high level view of postcard marketing then this will do - but if you're looking for real world examples, case studies, templates (except for the blank postcard template), then I think you'll be disappointed. Just my open and honest review from a guy who made his living with postcard marketing for many years. Tim |

![]() My testing has yielded different results in regards to response days, but that could be due to targeting different niches. I also have a very basic approach to postcard design which is why I don't include more templates. I realize this is goes against the grain of the "traditional" way, but it works for me (I explain my reasons for the "basic" design vs. the "traditional" design in my course). Like you, I'm no newbie to postcard marketing either - I typically mail at least 3,000+ postcards weekly and am constantly fine tuning my campaigns. That being said, I'm still a student of the direct mail game and am always open to suggestions, especially from other seasoned direct marketers like yourself. I'm in the process of updating the course and may follow your suggestion to include more case studies, I think people would benefit greatly from that. To your success, Matt

There is no need to no need to have your own list. With postcard marketing it is typical to rent your mailing lists. You can rent VERY targeted mailing lists in virtually every niche imaginable. ![]() I've PM'd you with more details... To your success, Matt
