There is targeting but not very laser-like targeted. It's mainly category targeting.

I have just purchased and read through Joseph's Free Traffic Guide.

Without revealing his methods, I can say that it looks to be a very easy system that just about anyone can follow. It does take real effort to do, but is very doable.

As for results, time will tell, but it's definitely going to be part of my traffic generation to see how it pans out. If I remember, I will report back here when I have had time to implement these methods.

Well, it's been more than 7 days, and to be honest, I haven't followed these methods through 100%, but I have already seen an improvement in my traffic. Joseph's report inspired me to take action. With some focus, I can follow his methods 100% and I am confident that my traffic will increase even more dramatically.
