Hello Idogi,

Thanks for the prompt response. I think I should have pointed out that I am very new to the concept of IM, so I do hope that it is a step by step coaching program. The reason I asked the above question is I don't want to lag behind or affect the whole group because I am new and would take some more time to grasp what you would teach.

Please let me know if you are still okay with taking me or would suggest getting acquainted with some IM concepts beforehand.
