"Weight loss expert says ---" or "Weight loss becomes core issue with --- " will. It's got to have some element of news/valuable content for readers, not just a promo.. which is actually the best way to do business too.. provide good editorial content that presents you as an expert in your niche while giving readers information that they will appreciate.

And you should still get indexed for "weight loss", if you don't I'll give you your money back - and let you keep the article in Google News.

Hi Terry, you might find this useful Beginner's Guide to Writing News Stories: Structure of a News Article - Associated Content - associatedcontent.com

I would keep your main keywords near the start of the title, have them mentioned once in your opening paragraph, and once again towards the botton of your article.

The keywords at the bottom or top of the article should link to your site as anchor text.. I'll sort that out for you. Most articles are edited anyway, just focus on providing good content to the readers

Front page placement can vary depending on the niche and what other sites in the niche are doing. There's no way to predict it, there's several knock-on effects from just being listed in Google News.. being on the front page is only a small aspect of what you can achieve for your business from it.
