Just joined and when I try to login keep getting this error message:
"Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription."

Hello Bina,
I tried to sign up for you OTO after paying for the LSB (user: dabjagger). It won't let me submit the form. I keep getting a red banner across the top of the form:

"Lazy Site Builder Monthly (One time offer)" can be ordered along with these products/subscriptons only: "Lazy Site Builder", "Lazy Site Builder (3 Monthly) Special", "Lazy Site Builder (Annually) Special", "Lazy Site Builder (WSO - Annual)", "Lazy Site Builder (WSO)", "Minisite Builder"

I tried pasting some of the choices in the Voucher section, but it still won't let me continue.
Please advise.

I've submitted a ticket re ftp but on logging in again it has disappeared. What's the problem, this is the second time this has happened. Paul.

Hi Paul,

Are you able to login to the helpdesk at all? After logging in, to submit a ticket, you need to click
on the "Submit Ticket" link as shown in the image below:

When you've filled out the ticket form, make sure you click on the "Submit Information" button,
as shown in the image below:

At this point, you are shown some possible solutions from our knowledge database,
to proceed with submitting your ticket, you need to click on the "Submit My Request"
button as shown in the image below:

When you have submitted your ticket, you should receive a tracking number.
You can also check to see if your ticket has been submitted by clicking on the
"My Tickets" link.
