It's getting lots of traffic now, and I was hoping to sell the site to a local
5 star hotel that does NOT have the google rank they should for such a fine hotel.

No, nothing specific. If it were me, I would just contact the marketing manager of the hotel and explain to him exactly what you said here. If you are generating traffic to your site, there might be some interest.

There are a lot of places that have CPA travel offers. I would be surprised if there was one that didn't have something similar. The one I use most is Offervault but it is certainly not the only one.

There's one small part of the product that explains how to become an actual travel agent yourself, and that mainly applies to the US, but most of it is stuff anyone who's online anywhere can use.

Now THAT is a tough question. While there IS information in the package, there is nothing that addresses JUST that.

Having said that, getting leads in the travel industry is just like getting leads in ANY niche. It all comes down to traffic and what you need to do to get it. We have included as a bonus a report on getting traffic but there are a TON of ways to do that.
