Additional costs depend on you. If you want to start a whole new project from scratch, then you may need a domain name - if you want me to help you with something that you already have going, then there wouldn't be any.

As far as what kind of income level you get to...

I could have made the sales copy really cool and said "guaranteed $5,000 a month" or something else like that - But, that would not have been true for everyone. The amount you make, and the time you spend daily really depends on you, your level of dedication, and what area you want my help in.

For example: Market Samurai, outsourcing the content, SEO time and costs, PPC, domain and hosting etc etc.

Don't get me wrong, this sure seems a very good offer, but it would be nice to know what the eventual extra costs would be. I know most of the stuff can be done manyually, but are you advising your customers to use certain tools to speed up the process?

If you own software, or if you want to get it, then that is up to you.

Obviously there is software in many different areas of Internet Marketing that can help you, and honestly, I own 95% of them probably - I'm a software junkie

But, if I were working with someone, I never advise sinking money into software that they have not yet earned through their online efforts. For the most part there is enough free solutions out there to get pretty much anyone going.
