The main list is all of the above, depending on what program you are involved

Some programs pay per the click

others pay by the lead

some of the programs involved are outside the USA

The other resources take you from getting paid for anything like doing voice overs, photo's, posting to forums, setting up your store for free, blogging etc...

I was surprise to see how many sites will pay you to do something, this is not your typical schemes that have been promoted in the past.
