1. You pick a niche and send me the one keyword or keyword phrase that best describes the niche

2. I research the keyword for suitability
a) I’ll send you a brief report that contains a minimum of 50 related keyword phrases complete with their search statistics. I’m going to find the best keywords, with the least amount of competition with a large advertiser base.
b) The report also contains a list of available domain names related to the niche

3. You select 3 main keywords for the niche site to be built around

4. You register a domain name for the site. If you don’t have a favorite place to buy domains I have one that pretty much has the lowest prices.

5. I’ll set up your hosting account including an email address associated with your new site.

6. I’ll build the site
a) Sites are set up using Adsense as the primary income stream
b) Techniques used closely follow the Micro Niche Adsense Course by Xfactor
c) All sites will have a template created by me – no cookie cutter sites. You are welcome to change the template anytime you like. That’s the beauty of wordpress however I am going to install a template I believe will get you the best conversions. After all, that’s what this project is about – converting visitors into “Adsense clickers”
d) I install and configure all the appropriate plugins including your Adsense block and tracking. You will need to set up an Adsense account and a free account at my favorite analytics service (I'll tell you more later).
e) I use Wordpress for its scalability. If you generate a lot of traffic and the site does really well you’ll want to convert it to an authority site for better earning power. Wordpress allows you to easily do that.

7. Sites are built to match the niche and will contain a few rss articles and articles from reprint directories to get it started.

8. While I’m building your site YOU need to be watching & learning from the 700 + minutes of videos on getting Free traffic that I’ll give you access to. $47 value – see the sales page at Free Traffic Systems

9. In with the Free traffic techniques is a little piece of software for you to use to help you collect information – snippets of articles – related to your keywords. You’ll use this information to write your own articles. You should create at least 3 articles to use on your site. We will discuss that on the inside. Very simple to do - don't panic!

10. When your site is ready you take the techniques & methods you learned from the video series to promote your new site. Traffic is important. Back links are important. There are many things you can to do get your site ranking high in the organic search results. The video series discusses them and you select what fits into your lifestyle and skill level.

11. Come share and discuss your results with the group in the private mastermind forum. By sharing your information you can see what’s working and what’s not working. Stop guessing. Stop taking the word of someone telling you what you COULD earn. Compare and share results with others with the same goals as you.

You are not required to share your site particulars – in fact I don’t encourage it but sharing traffic generating experiences and real results is important.

FAQ’s

Do I get to pick the template that goes on the website?
No, that is going to be entirely up to me. I’ve created templates based on the specs outlined by Xfactor in his popular ebook Micro Niche Adsense course as well as from my own personal experience. If you want to find another template to use after your site is built, you can but the goal is conversions. Try mine first for a while.

Can I buy more than one site package?
Yes, but since the hosting is attached to the package, let me know you’ve bought more than one and we’ll make the necessary adjustments related to hosting. (Your first package includes hosting which gives you space for 10 sites - $7.00 per month starting on the 3rd month)

Do I have to get started right away? Is there a time limit on the construction?
Yes, you have 30 days to get the project started.

Do you guarantee income will be generated by these sites?
No, there is no way I can guarantee you will make money. Once the site is built, you need traffic. Traffic is going to be your job. Traffic is what’s going to click your Adsense ads. You and I will monitor your stats and tweak when necessary to get the conversions but traffic is needed first.

What if I hate the site? Do you offer refunds?
Sure, you have 30 days but here’s the deal. I keep the site and you have to sell me the attached domain name at cost.

Do I have to use your hosting? I have my own hosting account.
No you don’t have to use my hosting. You can move the site anytime after 30 days.

The sites are created for Adsense
You can add amazon or other products yourself at any time but the templates I'm using are built with adsense as the primary focus.
As for samples - I can show you a generic screen shot of some of the adsense templates I created for the "do it yourself" course but the ones I'm doing for this program are created as I build the niche for the niche.
