Michael, it is really easy.

On the forum you see that all you need is to enter the three URLs.
Then there is the editor, which is very flexible in what you paste into the editor.
In the book i explained how to add a site with a list of links into the banner, this would be one example how to add content. Search Engines would pick this up.

The Videos are rather a bandwidth-issue, so i prefer to rather post "step-by-step" instructions. You are right, i could make another guide explaining what to do with the editor more in detail.

I am aware of the "video issue"...i am aware of that youtube provides very bad quality, this is especially true for screen-recordings since its hard to see details.

Hello,

i just implemented a "long time" request which i got from many, many customers.

The interface now contains a new smaller text box which allows to "inject" code into a site, mainly for adding custom tracking, email lists and similar.

It is possible to copy/paste little PHP snippets or javascript or any code into the text box. Still testing this feature, and i would appreciate any input from my customers.

I also fixed some bugs in the last few days.

Edit: I will look for code-snippets (eg. aweber) and test how this works. If this works all right this would indeed be fantastic since it opens up even more things to do with ASQ...just to mention that it now would be possible to collect names/lists by simply injecting the code.

Eg. a customer could go on your site where you promote "Whatever" product, and you would just paste the aweber snippet in there for your list building.

using the example of clickbank, it will be a "clone" of the site you go with your hoplink. So...go to clickbank, get your ID and then execute a hoplink for a product and you will see how it would look like. (That is, if you dont add a banner or anything)

basically yes. I dont have an aweber account myself, but i know that you get a little piece of code from aweber. An HTML form. This piece of code can be placed right into the banner...so yes it works. If you have problems with it i might gladly assist you. Just last week i played around with it, it is defintly possible, especially w/ aweber.

Hi Georg, RE htaccess file

If I am using a 'Add-On' domain do I need to create a new htaccess file in the new domain directory, and then type in the code as shown in the ASQ manual?

Ditto for the robots.txt file??

My main site has a htaccess file and I also have 3 other 'add on' sites there in the Public_HTML directory. If I edit that htaccess file will it effect my other 3 sites?

Hi Georg, ok I went ahead and uploaded to the add-on domain plus I repeated it all in a new subdomain. The problem now is that the product I'm promoting in my site has a 'exit pop-up' that offers a discount.
When I go to my site this pop-up appears almost immediately and needs to be clicked away a few times to get rid of it.

Can you suggest any edits of the php to fix this problem?

Obviously this pop-up could severely damage my sales or at best give me sales at the low discounted price only.

Any help would be appreciated.

ASQ is not a site-builder, it will always use the deisgn of an existing site.

But i am sitting on a new WSO which should be done today - and i can guarantee you will love it. It is related somewhat related.

(On a side-note, i actually do have a PHP script which builds a dynamic site as you explain...but this script is not in a releasable form yet...but i might work on this since this would also go extremely well go together with what i m brewing right now.)

Hi Georg, the site is google--ambush.com it is a add-on domain in my main site brand-all.com. I have deleted the .htaccess file as suggested. So let me know if I should put that back up there.

no, it creates "stand-alone" sites.



It is possible now to add ANYTHING (main purpose: Code, tracking, list code like aweber etc..) into either HEADER or BODY or both of any site.

So..put your tracking codes or whatever in there and it SHOULD (hopefully) work...

This basically opens up all requests for aweber, list-building, tracking, google analytics....you can just throw in everything you want.

I have features on it to add custom code for autoresponders and things like that, but changing the content would get MANY people in trouble and the vendors usually dont like messing with their sites!!

HOWEVER...there are options to save a site on your local PC from within your browser (you would just load a generated site and save as HTML)...and then you could edit the site and re-upload the modified site.
But this is beyond my script since you could do that with basically ANY site.

you stumped me there since i rememberd a very good guide, but forgot the name who did it.

It was NOT Perry Marshall's Guide (although you might want to check into his Adwords guide also!) - but a VERY good one i recently read was "Double Digit CTR" by James Schramko.

OCCASIONALLY I get people emailing me since they are concerned about using ASQ for Google Adwords since they assume it would get them into trouble with Adwords.

You will NOT get into trouble with Google by using my WSO for Google Adwords - in fact many of my customers as well as myself use it for several clickbank sites on Adwords FOR YEARS and there was never a problem, let alone getting "banned"!

How does ASQ differ from Aff Power Script?
Or does this do everything APS does and more?
Just trying to understand it before I take the plunge.....

you took the words out of my mouth, was just typing this question too. Have been looking at both of these products and am now just trying to decide which one to go for.

Would like them both but want to start with one first. I think it might be ASQ for me, as this will allow installing on your own domain names multiple times (I think)

Ok, let me try to answer some questions:

If you plan to make multiple stand-alone sites/domains i would recommend ASQ (this WSO).

Yes, APS can also do what ASQ does, but overall Affiliate Site Quick is a little more solid and easier to use.

( You would want APS if you have sites and you want to promote multiple offers with one URL...so you would just replace the vendor code and call various offers using the same URL. There is ALSO a way to make stand-alone sites with APS....but as said for general use i'd go with ASQ)

As for CPA:

It varies, yes in general it should work since each aff program and CPA program has your ID in the URL..so they all work using the same principle.
If you get credited if a cookie is set then it works. However, you never know how various CPA programs do their tracking..so it might be a good idea to just try it and monitor tracking/clicks on your CPA online interface.
