When I saw your calculator in a webminar a few months ago, I quickly looked for one on the web and found another - don't remember where and couldn't download it either - that also added a value for referrals. For example, if for 10 customers, 1 gives 4 referrals that become clients, 3 give out 2, the others 6, zip, that is still 10 new customers from the first 10... basically doubling the lifetime value number... plus it goes on and on. Of course with our expertise, they could add more

Anyway, modifying colors and text would be enough. The rest I hope it helps you guys out. It certainly adds quite a punch to the already powerful tool.

Jay bet me to it, I was about to PM you the same thing, I wonder if there is a way to add referrals, it will do wonders for the clients excitement .. "What would happen if my clients referred just 1 person to my business?" It's the only thing missing. I've installed it on my blog though and happy that my visitors have a new toy to play with, but still would love to add referrals if it's possible... it's especially useful for some of my lead-generation packages and customer re-activation packages.. "what if I could "boost" your referrals by 3, 30, 300?"

Yes we can change the text, pretty much at will.

With the psd files we could probably change the color, maybe, not sure though, and also edit the text inside the "Calculate" and "Clear" buttons.

It is a HTML file, so even with Raw HTML plugins, it can give some issue for WP sites. I'd be nice to have a Wordpress version. I installed it on my own site after some tinkering with the width. For some reasons, I see the "squares" delimiters on all the corner images.


@happyches, I'll probably simply use a SECOND page/calculator, where you put in the life value of the customer, times the referral factor (2x, 5x whatever - in my example in my other post it doubled so it'd be 2).

A second page lets you keep it simple, only use it if there's no close with the first showing, and let's you change the added text below (like your own "what if I could "boost" your referrals by 3, 30, 300?")

For anyone having trouble getting it to work in Wordpress, I uploaded the html + images and used this plugin to embed the html into a Wordpress Page: WordPress › Iframe Embedder WordPress Plugins then used shortcode [iframe http://mydomain.com/lifetimevaluecalculator.html 100% 600px] and it sits perfectly in my blog now.
(couldnt get the html/javascript to work in the blog, so cheated erm "worked-around the problem" with my obsession with wordpress plugins)

"What if I could Boost your referrals by 3, 30, 300?" but I'd love to have No of Referrals to the form to let them see the number instantly.
