There's nothing worse than someone buying resell rights to a quality product and then selling it for $7 on all the auction sites. It devalues the product and hurts all the other resellers.

John does raise a good point. I wouldn't mind seeing a cap on the resell rights licenses sold either. It decreases the likelihood of seeing it on Ebay for 39 cents in the future or doing a Google search and turning up 10,000 search results for your product.

Of course, if you raise it to $3K after a certain number of copies, that's okay with me too. I'd be digging the ROI on my RR license -- better than the U.S. stock market.

I agree a minimum discount price should be listed, and I've updated the rights file to reflect this. $67 is the minimum price you can discount the product to -- and frankly with the split tests I've been doing lately $97 will probably convert higher for you anyway

I've already capped the resell licenses in the software, I think it's set at 100 -- should have mentioned that in the salesletter. That's what you get when you write those things in one go and don't edit.

However, according to US law, you can't set a minimum price on a product like that, it's Fraud So you might want to check with a lawyer on whether or not you can do that. (I'm not a lawyer and I'm not from Australia)

I Picked up a RR.
Setting the price is a huge think IMHO. I hate seeing stuff I bought to resell being sold for pennies, totally kills the value. I wish more RR and even PLR creators followed this practice.
