Kyle : check your email I sent you an email with both an editable pdf and a word doc. The doc download works fine and I am sure that anyone will be able to download it. The problem is that you may have an older version of word but don't worry I sent you the file in an older version and also the pdf is editable so you should be able to work with that too if you want.
