| Dramatically Reduce Your Refunds Do you suffer from the serial refunder? I also understand that guarantees are essential to give people the confidence to buy, but how could I stop serial refunders and others asking for a refund? And besides, how many really do delete the stuff when they get their refund? Most still have the goods but you don’t have the cash; and that must hurt. I think that selling a WSO, an idea or a special way of doing something, makes us a bit like those magicians that we see performing at toy stores. They show us the trick, but do not divulge how they do it, to find out, you must buy the trick in the store. That magician is saying "Look what I can do, just pay me a few dollars and you will be able to do it too" Many of you will have purchased a trick or had someone show you how one is done. You will know that as soon as you learn how the trick works, it can leave you a little deflated and disappointed, even though, just moments ago, you looked upon it in wonderment. Even if you are now capable of performing the trick yourself, the magic literally wears off. You think I could have thought of that, or its easier or harder than I thought, you feel might even feel duped in some way because of the simplicity of the solution or you may be put off when you realise the amount or work that it is going to needed to master the trick. This WSO is now closed, and because of the comments made by viralgold I thought I would post my tip here in the open and return the $2 to those that bought. So here is my way to cut your refunds of your products (not clickbank or similar) What happened was this, I came across a product (not on the warrior forum) , it sounded great but when I received it I discovered it was pretty worthless, I was certainly going to request a refund, but I was really busy, I think I had a trip planned and I simply forgot. When I came across the product in my downloads folder a couple of weeks later I cursed. The product was on a strict 10 days approval and I had snoozed. I had only lost a few quid so no real harm done. I chalked it up to experience and thought no more about it. No, I do not recommend selling stuff with only a 10 day returns guarantee, I'm sure this will not help sell your products... please read on. Later, doing my marketing research, and at the same time looking at what successful people do to keep the number of returns down. I came across another product, It looked just what I needed, (dont they all) I ordered it, It came and I was disapointed, It was a really over complicated solution to online marketing and within 45 minutes I dismissed it as a really shoddy rehash of stuff I had seen done much better. Within the hour I asked for a refund, I was politely pointed toward the guarantee where it plainly said that I should try the product for 10 days. I was told nicely that a lot of work had gone into it and I should be fair to their product and only after trying it for the 10 days would the no quibble guarantee be honoured. Annoyed, I made a note to ask for my refund in 10 days time.... I forgot. When I later looked at what happened I realised that I had stumbled on a real solution to reduce refunds. So this is my solution. You still offer your normal cast-iron 60 day no quibble guarantee but only after a reasonable trial. This trial period can easily be worked into your sales page just like I did in the WSO above. This time delay will, I am sure, reduce your refunds. Those people who are a little deflated when they discover how to do that magic trick will have time to get over these feelings and maybe even go on to appreciate your product. Many serial refunders will put a date in their diary and ask for their refund on time, but I am willing to bet as many will simply forget to ask for their refund as they fill their hard drive with others hard work for free! You can look at your paypal account at any time and count up those refunds so this is an easy solution to test. Select a suitable time period for your product (it could be 48 hours or 21 days) and give the same guarantee as I have here. I am convinced that you can work this into your sales page as I did, without detriment to it. Have a look how I put that ten day clause into the WSO at the top of tihis page, it does not take anything from the product, but it does give you that cooling off period that will reduce your refunds. So imagine you just bought this tip for $2. You now know the trick; how do you feel? Are you sceptical? Do you feel a bit deflated, only half sure that it might work or positive it will not? Are you excited at the thought of reducing your refunds. Whatever your feel now it will be interesting to contrast those feelings with how you feel in ten days time when you can get a refund.
