When we target these kinds of businesses, we separate them into 2 groups and have 2 different pricing tiers which is in the guide...the $700 assumes that you sell one of the lowest priced products to each group...which with these professionals, isn't hard

As far as time committment in the first week goes - it's front loaded. Getting set up, and collecting data will take you more time than anything. After that part is done, you will be selling, and interacting.

The goal here is that once you do the initial work, there should be absolutely no reason why after you are comfortable that you can't:

1. Outsource all the work that needs done
2. Charge much higher prices

Don and I hire commission only sales people to do all of this work for us, and we basically oversee the process, and only get involved when there is an "issue" which with this process isn't very often.

I only ask because I can tell you that here in the uk people have been rammed with calls offering SEO/SEM services and there are plenty of pure SEO businesses that offer this service for a very competetive price..resulting in much commodotisation. I can only speak for the uk!

Most of the businesses in the developed world have been hammered by SEO/SEM type of businesses...At the end of the day, it's all in how you present the offer.

The way that this offer is presented, they are in a way baited into calling you, add in the fact that the 3 businesses that we target here's income relies heavily on what kind of leads that they generate personally, it's easy to see how they often close themselves when they find out what you are offering them.

I've been in Enterprise software sales for most of my life, solution selling at board level so not scary for me . So I presume you would either provide the other ideas for the businesses to target or would we just 'get it' once started? And also, the 'baiting' is therefore done via email?

With these 3 specific types of companies, they don't need anything "real complicated" so, the fullfillment end is pretty simple...everyone should know exactly what and how to do it...if not, we can provide some further instruction at that level.

I would rather talk to someone a couple hours or a day later after they told someone NO than to get them fresh...due to the fact that they have already been talked to, they have more than likely been educated a bit, and in many cases regretted saying NO the day before...so, in many of these cases, the money just falls in your lap

I am getting a lot of calls from this email, and my service is offered through a non-aggressive 'soft-sell' because I'm not a good salesperson and it is almost a no-brainer for offline businesses to give my service a go once I talk to them.

Mcgruff, this is done on a soft sale type deal as well...They will contact you and most of the time when they do, they will be ready for your services, so I'd say that it is indeed a good fit.

Hello, as far as proof and that sort of stuff, I give you a way to establish instant credibility with them before they even call you so, 9 times out of 10 that will never be an issue.

This is what I can tell you about the services...

Even if someone bought the largest package, it probably wouldn't cost you more than $100 to outsource the entire process so, it would for the most part be hands free for you...

BUT

If you have been trying your hand at IM for even a couple months, you will know how to do everything that you are offering.

Just bought this yesterday. It's well explained and easy to follow.

Some quick research here in UK suggests that the three areas Jeremy says to start in are fine in UK - there are plenty of Adwords adverts showing for them which means they're already spending money on the web.

Plus those are only the "starter" markets anyway - there's nothing to say you have to only ever do the three markets he suggests.
