So we're not creating the local directories, we're just getting our clients to the top of them, correct? Sounds like a good method. I just got laid off today (no b.s. - just a couple of hours ago) so I need to get something going. I will have a lot of free time to implement! |

Sounds an interesting project. But it seems to involve more offline work. Do I need to meet my clients in person? Thanks |

@razztek, Yes, you are not creating local directories with this product, but getting businesses ranked in them. For example, head to google and do a search for "Orlando FL restaurants", the results that appear at the top are the local directory listings. VERY relevant and hot for local businesses. @DesiredName, Yes, this can be done in any part of the world AS LONG AS the local directories are prominent. Just do a search in Google, Yahoo, and MSN and see if the directories are popping up for you when you do a local search. @hiwind88, Yes, this is offline work and you will be dealing with people. You don't have to meet them in person, this can be done over the phone. When I first started offline marketing, I started locally, because I do think its easier when you can physically go in and see people to sell these services. However, I now do it over the phone and more long-distance with ease. Thanks! Matt |

filthy - the 'directories' that matt is referring to, are the local listings on googles search results - nothing more and nothing less

Yes, just to clarify, this course shows you to claim a listing in the local directories (such as Google Places, Bing Local Search, Citysearch, etc., and then get those listings at the top. This is the complicated part, and involves posting reviews and such (which means setting up a system to switch IP's and such). Matt |

Just curious, what do you charge on average for each client? Is it a one time fee, or do you do it monthly? I purchased this yesterday, have been through the first 13 videos, and would like to know how to effectively price this. Just PM me if you don't wish to disclose that information here. Thank you |

Always put in writing what you're being paid for and what are your deliverables and timelines, so you don't have to back peddle or add new work to the agreed upon deal. You shouldn't have any out of pocket expenses to build a business listing. The only expenses you incur is Internet access and your time, but since you already have .net access, your time is the only variable to keep track of. | |

Hi Angelafrik, Yes, this is still available ![]() Pinkgink, As JNFerree mentioned, it doesn't take long to get in the local directories, though getting listed and appearing in the search results are two different things. With Google Places, I've submitted sites and gotten listed the next day, and with others it took a few weeks. I think this is based on when google feels like it, haha. As far as Bing's verification, I would not suggest waiting for snail mail. There is an option for them to call you which is way quicker than waiting for the mail. I go through each of the listings in detail in my videos (separate videos for google, yahoo, and bing so you get to see extensive details with each signup process). Startup costs are minimal, though if you are going to be posting multiple reviews for businesses you'll need a proxy setup which can be cheap or expensive depending on how easy you want to make things for yourself. I hope that helps but please feel free to message me with additional questions, Matt |

Hi Reapr, No, it doesn't have a contract but I am adding that along with an actual letter that you can send out to local businesses to contact them this way. It will be sent to everyone that has bought already within the next few days. Thanks! Matt |

Does this course cover the approach one needs to make to a client? I notice in your sales letter one of the bullet points states: How to Position this Service to Get Business Owners Begging for this Service : This series will show you how to present this information to a business owner in a manner that they will not be able to resist! Does this include the marketing aspect of the business? Also how does one establish what fees to charge? Do you mention this in your course? If not, can you give some guidance? Maybe by PM Thanks papeter |

Hi Papeter, Yes, this course does talk about how to present this method to business owners, and I am also expanding the course to include a sample letter you can send out as well as additional tips on contacting clients. I do mention pricing briefly, and would be happy to talk with you privately about that, as it is really more of a individual thing depending on multiple factors. Thanks! Matt |

I tried to send PM but I can't due to posting rules. I see you have a number of smaller wso offerings (including this one). Question: does your bigger course include and duplicate the info in this and your other smaller wso's. I would rather just get the bigger one if it's all included in that one... |

Hi Bookofeli, Yes, they are separate offerings. The bigger course is very extensive (over 10 hours of video) but still my other WSO's compliment those, each offering unique value. Please feel free to contact me at matt@localecommercesolutions.com if you'd like to discuss it further ![]() Matt |

Here's a copy of an e-mail I received from the OP. Also, I wanted to let you know that I was temporarily banned from the warrior forum, so please do not try sending me any private messages this week. The ban will be lifted next Monday. I was banned because I made a post where I was going to include updates on an education project I am doing. It seems pretty silly to me and unfortunately is hurting my image on there. I tried asking them to reinstate me because it was an accident and I had no idea this wasn't allowed, but they said I have to wait. I wanted to make the post available to you so you can: 1) understand that I was not banned for being a bad person or doing anything unethical or unprofessional, I don't want my reputation damaged 2) be aware of the rules there so you don't get banned too! |

Hello everyone, Back in business ![]() There has been an update to this package (you receive it automatically when buying it new, and all previous buyers were sent an email). I created an additional 10 page document further outlining how to handle approaching business owners to sell this service. I also included an actual letter you can mail out. Also, after I sent the package out, I realized I forgot to include a contract. I have that completed and will be sending it out to everyone tomorrow. If you can't wait, please pm me. Papeter, I'm pm'ing you now. Thank you for your support everyone, and have a great day! Matt |

Hi. I am very interested but have a crucial question. I currently used tracking phone numbers for my clients because they are all pay per call. I used to be able to set up local google listings but now Google seems not to allow the tracking numbers. The tracking numbers push to my clients phone number. Is there a way around this?? |

Hi Matt, Just wanted to thank you for your excellent course. The videos are very detailed with step-by-step instructions that cover every aspect of the business. This really has excellent potential and offered at such a bargain price - I highly recommend your course to anyone wanting to help offline businesses dominate the local Business Directories. Clare |

Lots of "Offline Gold" courses cover Online Business Directories, but none in as much detail as Matt's course. There is so much you can offer clients that you could make a mint in this area alone - if only you knew what and how... Matt tells all I can't recommend this highly enough! Essential for anybody in the Oflfine game! |

Hi Matt, do you have a sample contract to use when offering "reviews management" service? I believe, you'd want to protect yourself pretty well with that service. I bough your program and think it has a big potential, but without a very clearly written contract I might get myself into some trouble... Please, let me know. Thomas |
