I've read that before, and I somehow tend not to agree with that... Besides, Wikipedia is one of the best information resources, and not an authority... I believe Private Label Rights should actually mean what the term says, without any restriction at all... Anyway, sveisko, no offence to your business... If your buyers are fine with your terms and conditions, then so be it... All The Best...
