Hope Avery doesn't mind, but I'll answer a couple of questions here.

I bought the report and it is a decent report. Not really sure how many people know about it or not, but all in all it was a solid video and a good deal at a couple dollars.

From what I can tell, payment is through Credit Card Only. Although, with the new paypal plugin you should be able to use your paypal account to pay.

The avg CPC starts at a minimum of a quarter. I set it up last night, just to see how it went and ended up paying .39 per click on a keyword that would have cost me well over a dollar on Adwords.

If you have been thinking about getting into PPC, but want to get the feel of it before handing your money over to Google, this is a very good way to get your feet wet and possibly make a profit.

I was unaware that it was only for US. If this is the case, I apologize for leading you on.

I think there is a way to get around it if you are not from the U.S. using PayPal but for main purposes, it appears that you may be out of luck if you're not from US.

It depends on how broad your keywords are in adwords, but in general, if you use it the way I show, it converts better. The traffic is just so much higher quality and prequalified.

About needing to be in U.S., I am not able to confirm or deny it. Two buyers refunded based that they could not do it because they are in the U.S., so unfortunately I'd say it's true.

I haven't seen it anywhere on the site, but customers said they couldn't because they were outside US.

If in doubt you can buy and if you can't work it because you're outside US I'll refund you.

Completed the purchase. I can see this is a great advertising tool, especially for products that are in trendy or fashionable niches, although it should work for most things.

You really need a U.S. based credit card and billing address to be able to use this. If you're equipped with these I see no problem using this from outside the U.S. as I am. I did not see a paypal payment option with this.
