The theme is for FREE and it's a great, I would rather say the best theme for these websites. The website will be build in the clients hosting account. I will tell you where these clients come from. They will ran your doors in to get a free website so all you have to do is send them the email I have written in my guide and then you are almost done.

You do not have to search for the customer, the customer will come himself after you announced the special offer.

I'm not showing how to use FTP, because you won't need it. You install WordPress with Fantastico which means a "one" click Installation.

I'm going to show you how you site gets indexed within a few hours.

SEO: In the chapter "Future Work/Business and Upsells" I explain how you can even take money on a monthly basis by doing some SEO for your cuostmers website. I show you a few steps what you need to make the website more search engine friendly. But I'm not digging deeper into it because you can research all this information or contact me if you want to.

As I said, I've tried to keep it short (22-pages) without any fluff. You know, I'm always scared of these over-hyped books where people describe things in 110 pages. In most cases a normal business plan is not longer than this guide, and it covers everything you need to know.

You can do this completly online without picking up the phone or leaving your house. You will get paid by the webhosting account. No, you won't have to make any investment to make tis money on a regular basis. You can start with nothing!

No problem! It's good information. One of my hosting services offers a lot of free themes, I found a good looking offline business oriented one, and they had "Simple Scripts" to install WP in less than a minute! I installed it on one of my sites for testing and evaluation - looks good - I'll probably clean it up and use it as a demo for potential clients.
