This is an easy to install and set up WordPress
plugin that has lots and lots of potential.

I set it up on a brand new blog that I'll be using
to sell a new product. It took me less than 10 mins

On your salepage the price is effectively reduced but on Paypal, the price stays full.

Right I think I found the issue, I take it you are just selecting the core plugin ($1)?

If so the coupon addon has a minimum purchase amount setting (when adding a coupon for ALL products). Which even though I have set it lower than the discount it's still won't give a price lower than $1!

If they accept signups via an email address then yes it will work. Just to note for any addons you also need the WPSA core plugin.

If you purchase, I can also get my programmers to update the plugin to incorporate norabots like aweber/getresponse (posts in the background via the wordpress register form). And with you as you have a norabots account, with your help I can get the required details so we can include it.

And yes, any updates to the main core plugin and addons are free.

Okay - I've successfully applied the discount and paid (more about that in a minute), but have yet to receive a download link. The page I was taken to after payment just says endlessly...

'Checking ...
Please wait while we verify your payment. If you are not updated within 5 minutes please contact us.'

Back to the discount thing. As I mentioned earlier, I was in a hurry this morning, ticked all the boxes, hit the 'buy now' button and then put the coupon code into the appropriate box on PayPal and hit 'update'. It didn't Later on, when I was not so pressed for time, I had another go. After ticking all the boxes, I noticed the little 'Add coupon code' link below the much bigger 'buy now' button, so I entered the coupon code here rather than on the PayPal payment page and it worked. Maybe the coupon code link needs to be above the buy now button (below the options), or maybe it just needs to be a bit bigger. I would guess that everyone who has had trouble with the coupon code is entering it at PayPal rather than on the sales page.

Will wait for the download link to show up now - at least I've worked out the payment thing anyway. Born blonde

Yes, the coupon needs to be entered on the sales page (little text link).

It's funny because, the idea behind that was some visitors who don't have a coupon will normally see a 'coupon option' and then go search for one. Tried to make it discrete so not so in your face!

But seems, either needs bigger text or an icon of some sort.

Yes, the checkbox options is part of the normal products you add. You have a new icon on the new post/page editor, you can select 1 or multiples like I have on the sales page.

For subscriptions it's slightly different and uses radio buttons, so only one can be selected by the customer.

I see you didn't use the coupon, and that confirms it's the coupon addon causing the issue with payment verification. For some reason once redirected back to the 'thank you' page it's hanging and won't enable the download!

The plugins/addons are just for personal use, so currently no they cannot be included if selling blogs.

wsohero, I understand now. The plugin currently only works with paypal, and have plans to add more payment options. But if you were taking offline payments, right now you can manually add a customer for any products or subscriptions. For product sales, you can only enter the customers email, and select the products purchased and send them the download links. For subscriptions you can add the customer name/email, create their account and email their login details.
