I will be raising the price after 50 sales, and taking it offline completely after 150 sales. Given the percentage ratio of people who take action vs just gathering info, I think capping it at 150 sales will work.

I would also add that there are different ways to go at some of these niches. Different angles you can take.

Most of the niches can be attacked with both physical and digital products. I would say that a lot of the niches lend themselves foremost to Amazon affiliate sites and that sort of thing. However, you have options with these niches.

I provide screenshots from Google's Adwords keyword tool, which provide some of that information. Paid search tools like Market Samurai (which I don't yet have) will give you more information.
