| But is it worth the $16.95 I am asking for??? Fellow warriors say YES: Quote:

![]() Let's jump straight to the main benefits of what I can help you with:
There are lots of business owners out there who are spending way too much time than is required to run their business. And who can blame them? After all, they do want to make sure that their business continues to work and stay alive for the foreseeable future. But a precious resource like time should be spent wisely! Otherwise it will only result in:
![]() However, there are ways to improve how you can achieve the same results, without spending several backbreaking hours slumped over your desk or computer. Subject: Say "Good-Bye" to your 80 hour workweek! From: Sven Korn Dear Fellow Stressed out Warrior, My name is Sven Korn and I am here to share with you valuable information on how you can better manage one of the most precious resources any man/woman can ever own, TIME. This resource is so rare, that it can never be extracted, mined or produced. This means no rewind button, no second chances and no getting back what you have already lost. How you live your life and how you manage your time now will be something you can only look back on. Each passing moment will never be something you can get back. ![]() My father retired last year, at the age of 60. He lost his job when he was 57 and it was tough finding another job. Nobody had any use for him anymore. This eventually led to him falling into a deep, deep hole that many would call depression. And since he has been working since the age of 16, he wasn't used to having this much time to himself. Sadly, he spent most of his remaining time wondering aimlessly both in life and in spirit. I don't seem to have any fond memories of my father and me during my childhood. Now, don't get me wrong. He was a great dad but like most parents, he had many roles to play and this took up a lot of his time. His fulltime job as a construction worker required him to help his so-called "friends" build their homes for free, and some community work, which he thought was necessary. Naturally, this meant little time spent with his son and daughters. As I started my own life, it seemed fated that I followed into my father's footsteps of tirelessly working round the clock. Whenever my girlfriend asked me when was I planning to shut down my computer, I would reply "10 minutes more". Those 10 minutes turned into "another 10 minutes", eventually adding up to 2 hours or more. This happened constantly. I was too distracted with work and busied myself whenever I could. The reason for this was because I did everything on my own. I owned a web design business and on most days, it made good money. I always thought it would be much cooler doing my own business instead of working a standard job. ![]() Then, my best friend died of cancer at the age of 33. At that point of time, my daily routine lost all meaning. Life took on a whole new perspective and it was just too short to be wasted. I immediately started wrecking my brains on what I could do to improve my situation. I didn't want to give up the steady income I was earning from my business and I definitely didn't want to take up a full-time job. Then it hit me. All I had to do was stop trying to do everything myself! I started looking for help before it was too late. My first attempts at outsourcing didn't achieve the results I had hoped to. I was giving away projects to freelancers I found on the web. It seemed like a good idea since I only hired help with perfect feedback. How wrong was I. The hired help only made me busier than ever before. All I heard from them were "Sir, we can do this Sir" which after a while, turned into "Sir, I don't understand where the problem is, Sir". I ended up losing a lot of time and had to do all the projects myself. I WAS FAR FROM DONE. I PUSHED ON Nevertheless, my search for personal freedom continued and along the way, I found out that many other fellow Internet marketers were facing the same problems with outsourcing to freelancers. What I learned the hard way? That freelancers and outsourced help were NOT created equal. I spent thousands of dollars of my own money and even more of my valuable time cleaning up the mess others created. Time Was No Longer An Issue After further research, I got my first real virtual assistant and reduced my working hours by two-thirds! And this was only the beginning. I now have more time and I feel much more comfortable when getting up in the morning. Before, I went to bed at 8AM and rested till noon, only to rush out for lunch and continue my busy schedule. Now I don't have any excuses for not focusing on my business. I'm enjoying my free time while at the same time, running my business effectively. I still enjoy a steady income but without the stress. Well, now that I've learnt it the hard way, you don't have to. Don't fall victim to the time-consuming and seemingly beneficial tasks of running your business. It will seem like only a few hours now but it will turn into days, weeks and possibly years down the road! And after all those painstaking and backbreaking hours, days and weeks, what will you have to show for it? Maybe you will gain loads of money from your happy customers. But definitely, No More Time For Yourself Or Anyone So you now know the remarkably simple formula to managing time better and freeing yourself up for more things you've always wanted to do. And this formula is none other than OUTSOURCING Yes, I know what you are thinking. This is something you already know about. In fact, this might be something that you've thought about doing yourself. And like any other business idea, there are several factors to consider and there are even risks to take into account. That's exactly what I want to help you reduce and if possible, avoid altogether. So how do you reduce all the uncertainties that come with outsourcing for help? Through guidance! Specifically, a guide catered to outsourcing. Work Smarter Not Harder! This guide I'm making available to you right now contains all the research you need to make the right decisions when outsourcing. As fellow Internet marketers and Business Owners,, we all know that running a business by ourselves just won't work in the long run. There's only so much you can do by yourself in 24 hours and over 7 days a week. Do you think your customer base won't grow? Are you going to reject an increasing flow of income? Of course not! You're good at what you do, which means more customers will come your way. Now all you need to do is handle the demand. This guide contains thorough information on several crucial topics:

This Thread is for FAQ. 1st common question: Is there an affiliate programm? Glad you asked. Yes! Just visit www.outsourcingpitfalls.com/affiliates.html I just signed up for PaySpree.com and got added to their marketplace and will sign up for PayDotCom.com in 1-2 days! Just drop me a line at sven dot korn AET Gmail dot com or via PM if you need more informations! I might install easyvideoplayer this week and then I am able to provide you AFFILIATE VIDEOS branded with your link! Btw: Affiliate comissions are 100% of EVERY sale you refered. Payed immedieately into your PayPal account. Not a dime sale at all, but it will bring you a couple of dimes each and every time you refer a customer! 2nd common question: Is there any promotional material available? I have kind of "everything for my affiliates" approach. I'll order a free guide from a fellow warrior ASAP and you can brand it within seconds with your PayPal mail or your PaySpree / PayDotCom.com account name! Just send it to your list and let the money come ;-) If you need anything else just drop me a line! As mentioned in answer no. 1 I'm also offering brandable promo videos pretty soon. Have you ever heard about a so called GURU doing this?? 3rd common question: Is this a kind of fly buy night guide in font size 30? NO! I spended a whole day formatting it on my own (I considered outsourcing it, but thought it wouldn't take longer then 30 minutes) and it is normal line height with times new roman in a normal size! 4th common question: What is the format? It is a normal PDF, with about 1MB and without any protection. You can copy links, safe it and you won't need to remember some sophisticated password like "ILoveeeSvein4hisincr8dibleguide". That would suck ;-) 5th common question: Am I nuts selling it that cheap? No. Just have a look on the left for my Join Date and you'll see that I joined WF end of last year. I'm making my living online since 2001 and have loads of experience when it comes to email marketing and IM, but I have lifed under a rock (Central China) and never heard of WF before ;-) Also I would feel sad for selling my guide for $47 as most of the members here on WF don't make a living online and spend way to much on WSOs ;-) Anything else? Drop me a line or leave a comment! Cheers and take action right now! Sven |

Is it a guide? I don't think so. It is totally a ecourse which Gurus reveal for $2000-$5000, written on every aspect of outsourcing. I have a website making business. Due to lots of clients I do outsource regularly and doing this for years. I faced many problems and lots of people who takes help of outsourcing also face this. This guide has solution of every problem you face. It written in a friendly manner as my friend is teaching me lessons. I don't want to reveal his tips. But It has been written on how to start outsourcing, how to get outsourcer, how to protect yourself and tons of suggestion. This is really awesome. I strongly recommend it to all of them who are going to outsource your work and who is doing now. Thanks Satdin |

Hi Satdin, just came home from a "meeting" (agreed to help a friend [my tattoo artist] making him a website) . This job was so special, that I couldn't outsource it at all... As said, friend + artist ;-) You are living in Kalkota? Great city. Have been there a couple of years ago and loved it (ok, at that point I wasn't in the mood anymore for going out, as I messed up my hands completly and spend the next couple of days in between my hotel room and a local hospital ;-)). @Fellow warriors: Need a rest. Its 00.20AM and I normaly live GMT+8, so I'm glad to reply tomorrow! Best Sven |

We've considered outsourcing some data entry work to India at $3/hr, allegedly for 6 days a week. It was unbelievable, even too good to be true. So we decided on focusing on the process in-house. That way, when we have it documented, we would be able to best show the hired person how to do the job. That being said, finding a number of credible outsourcing companies actually was challenging. I can say that it's not as easy as common sense - you do need some know-how. I'm sure this book is great, I can't wait to read it. Best Regards, vip-ip ... |

Hi Bronwyn and Keith, thanks for taking your time and reviewing my guide and for sure thanks for your kind words! Appreciate it! I have had quite a share of BAD experience with freelancing and outsourcing and just starting out getting good results from it. On the internet nobody knows you are a dog, thats a huge problem and most of the freelance sites I visited have only 10+ star reviews for their outsourcers... It is indeed kind of trial and error, but what I figured out, also here on WF, is that you get what you are paying for ;-) No self offense here, IMHO the guide is worth every penny you are paying for it! Give it a try, as mentioned above I have a special money back garantuee for warriors. You have nothing to loose (or you might continue struggeling like I did and spend your money on some fly by night freelance cowboys and give up totally pissed - I've been there). Best Sven |

Hi Vip-IP (interesting nick btw), it is indeed a challenge to find a good AND reliable outsourcing company. IMHO it is even more challenging to find good AND reliable individuals, that you can hire as freelancers or even outsourcers, whithout working with a kind of trojan horse (an outsourcing company that offers "individual" outsourcing). You better know how to identify them upfront, before you are spending (should read wasting) your time telling a sales person what you need, only to figure out later on, that he is "translating" everything to his fellow collegue... As said in my guide, there is no magic bullet when it comes to outsourcing and no outsourcing formula, but loads of pitfalls you might avoid upfront. I love reading about other peoples faults. It makes me think about how to avoid them and I might even come up with different pitfalls. As soon as you are leaving your own culture (and even within your own country you might find different ways of handling things) you will figure out immediately that globalization and outsourcing also have there black holes, that could cost you a small fortune. But you never know until you try, so just go out there before working your a.. off! Best and thanks for your reply, Sven |

I just got my hands on this report and I can tell you I was amazed at the value of this report. Personally I think Sven is crazy for offering it for this low price. This is a full course that that will tell you everything you need to know if you are considering outsourcing. I have never really outsourced something, but after reading this report, I am seriously considering it. Sven put everything out very clearly and included a mass of invaluable resources and links to places where you can find freelancers, forums for outsources, tools that you can use to automate your workload and a lot more. I especially like the pitfalls of each kind of outsourcing. He showed us all the things we should look out for when outsourcing to each country. It is really very helpful. Overall, I really recommend this report to anyone who wants to take their business to the next level. I am sure Sven will increase the price for this after he sees how many orders he gets, so I suggest you jump on this while the price is still this low. Thanks for a great product, Sven. Hi Bertus, thanks a lot for your kind words and your additional PM! I might consider the price indeed, but for now it will stay at $6.95. I want it to be an affordable ressource. As mentioned on the last page in my report, I bought way to much "reports", with 8 pages, all written in font size 30, that costed me $97 and only waisted my time and money ;-) Cheers Sven Ps: As said their is an affiliate programm! I have had some problems with my $7 script, but it should work now, but I also have a close look to all related email addresses and will send out the download links immediately, when PayPal again fails to forward the IP addresses for my secured download links... Sorry for any inconvinience. |

Some of the things that is explained in this report Operational and business tasks are covered area Design work Programming and coding SEO Content creation. Marketing and networking Customer support … this is one area for me that wasted a lot of my time. This one section, to me is worth more than the low price that is asked. Administration tasks Technical or creative writing Personal assistant Project management There are options that are explained on work to find in outsourcer in many countries … that will do a particular job, or work for you on a full-time basis. The hiring process, training and working with your outsourcer to maximize productivity, while always being able to monitor progress of your projects. The correct way to easily communicate with your outsourcing staff. An outline that gives the going prices to pay in all different situations. How to work on large projects, making milestone payments … protecting your completed work at each and every step. Payments by the job or payments for full-time workers are covered. How to set up your payments and what are the best sources to use for the distribution. There are so many things here that are covered in great detail, which it fills in most all of the blanks in ... That I had … this report will save me time and money. The quality is here, the information is available … this is a complete no-brainer to me … just buy it and you will be satisfied. Hi Randy, thanks! As mentioned above, make sure that you sign up for my list. Not for my other products, but for further informations. Just wrote an autoresponder yesterday about military services and outsourcing... Don't want to give another secret away, but it might happen that an outsourcer vanishes after you spend quite a bunch of money training him, only for doing his duty. Born and raised in Germany I know what I'm talking about. They forced me, age 19 and with a pretty good J.O.B. serving in the AirFORCE ;-) for about 400 Deutschmarks (round about $250) a month and made me move back to my parents (for such a "sellary" you could do nothing and for sure not rent an appartment!)... There are additional pitfalls and I will for sure send free updates to my list! Best and thanks again, as said to Tony, get started and don't spend your time on WF thinking about how to free up your time Sven |

Hi Sven, Bought your guide, it was a really good read! Just wondering if you have a template for hiring web designers similar to the template you gave for hiring a writer. I know it’s a bit lazy asking for yours instead of modifying the one you provided, but hey, I’ve got to give it a shot right? Thanks again, -William |

Last question before I have to pick up my brother in law, are you in need for a webdesigner for yourself or will you offer services for others? Best and I should come back here and post part II at least tomorrow or Monday, Sven |

This guide shows pitfalls of outsourcing and methods to prevent many of the problems that can occur. This is a concise guide that will help you to build a good foundation with outsourcers. It's well worth the price, even if you think you know a thing or two about outsourcing. Mark Riddle |

Hi Mark, thanks for your kind words! Highly appreciated. You might be one of the oldes WF members? Right? When you started participating here, I just started working in Europes biggest company for permission based marketing. Would love to figured out about WF that days (I guess I would have retired by now, age 31 ;-)). @William, as mentioned above I participated in my younger sisters wedding and came home Sunday morning (drunk as a lord, as I don't drink anymore after owning a pub in China for 2 years [no, I don't have problems with or without alcohol, but have had quite a share of partying over that period ;-)]). You might consider Marx, who owns an outsourcing company on the Philippines and offers his services here on WF. I contacted him yesterday, as I am in a need for a writter (and I need him or her fast ;-)) and want to avoid train my new VA on my own. I mentioned it in my guide that I am not the greatest fan of hiring a company for my personal needs, but sometimes you are in need of getting things done fast and so I took the plunge to work with a company. He has great reviews and you might consider to ask him. But as promissed here the modified version for hiring a webdesigner (feel free to modify it or use it as is, as said I did freelance webdesign for over 9 years and have quite a bit of experience...): I need a single PT / FT (comment Sven: ensure that you have enough work for your new VA when considering to hire sbdy. FT!) Virtual Webdesign Assistant for the following task: Creating websites based on WordPress / Joomla / Typo 3 / pure HTML (make your choice, as mentioned I would go with WordPress, as it is easy to use and you can make it SEO friendly without spending to much time and money). First of all, please type in my secret keyword, yes18709, in your application. This is to ensure you are human. If your application doesn’t include the keyword, I will feel free to press the reject button since you will be wasting both my time and yours. Secondly, I need somebody with decent English. IF I consider you for an interview, I’ll send you an invitation for a grammar test. I’m paying for that service, so please take it seriously. I use a percentage rate that does not mean you have to be a native English speaker, but that you are able to write good English. If you accept and pass the test, I’ll send you a small task. Thirdly, the task may include writing small articles on different topics. Topics and length of the articles might vary. I’ll use tools like Copyscape and reject any work that is plagiarized. Do not worry, you will get paid. This is to ensure that I am not sending out an invitation only to receive poor quality work in return. Comment Sven: As said, I'm not quite sure if you have that many websites to create / maintain that you need sbdy fulltime for that job. So better include something else within your job description ;-) Fourth, we will conduct a short interview over the phone via Skype telephone conference. The task, which I will mention soon, does not currently involve customer services via phone yet. However, this is a possibility for the future and I want to ensure we are able to communicate with each other. My preferred method of contact is Skype and I rely on your availability through it during working hours. I also prefer to be able to talk to you, so a headset and, even better, a web cam would be mandatory. Fifth, if I decide to hire you, I’ll give you a task for two weeks. If you make it through the two weeks then welcome to my company. I’m looking for a long term relationship, which is the reason why I spend so much time on the hiring process. But as the saying goes, I hire slow and fire fast. If you do a good job, I don’t mind giving bonuses. But that totally depends on the job performance. INCLUDE THE 13TH MONTH IF YOU ARE ONLY HIRING FROM THE PHILIPPINES! What am I looking for? As mentioned above, I´m looking for somebody who is able to speak some proper English. Your first tasks will be the following: 1) Install WordPress (your CMS of choice) on one of my webhosting packages. 2) Install specified plugins for my wordpress installations 3) Create or modify existing themes (would go with Thesis or Socrates and train my VA in modifying them!) 4) Maintain my existing installations. 5) Design basic headers and images for my websites (Comment Sven: from my own experience there are designers and there are programmers. You'd better spend some $ on Fiverr.com or in the Warriors for Hire section or even consider hiring a screendesigner then asking one person to do the whole job!) Comment Sven: As mentioned in my guide I´d rather consider automation instead of paying a human for doing so! Their are loads of tools for doing so, just drop me a line and I'll have a look for the best solution (otherwise use software No. 1 mentioned in my guide, as it can do anything you could do within a browser!). You also might consider to get a macro created by your VA! AND: I’m looking for an individual and not an outsourcing company. I have had loads of bad experiences with the last. Don’t mind if you don’t have that much feedback here and I might still give it a closer look. Everybody starts out and it isn’t that easy to get a job when you are just getting started. If I figure out that you are only looking for a quick buck and are opening accounts every few days, I’ll press the reject button immediately. Comment Sven: See my thoughts above. Haven't worked with Marx before, but he has a bunch of positive feedback here on WF! Depending on your strengths, interests and weaknesses, the tasks above may vary or I’ll give you another task in the future. What do I expect? 1) I’ll send you a working agreement. We wont’ start anything until that is filled out and sent back. This agreement contains all specified tasks, your payment, when you’ll get paid (and in what way) and the time lines I expect per project. This working agreement is subject to change, as your tasks could change in the future. 2) Honest communication. I’m relying on you, so I expect a daily report with what you have achieved. Also I’d like to know if you have had some problems in fulfilling your work, so that I have the chance to give you more input or give you a new task, that is more suitable for your skill set. If you are miss on sending that report more than once, the cooperation will come to an end. What you can expect: 1) As mentioned above, you can expect a bonus, when you are continuously doing a great job. Also I prefer hiring friends and family members of colleagues with a great performance. 2) Payment in time. You’ll be paid for everything you are doing for me, according to the hourly rate we have agreed upon. You will get paid immediately after the specified project is finished. I don’t mind paying you on a weekly basis, but will reject all inquiries about an upfront payment. 3) Training. I don’t mind spending money on your training. I have loads of internet marketing related training materials, as it is one of the markets I cover and will give you everything you need to do a good job. If you think it is not sufficient, just feel free to tell me and we will figure out together what we can do to fulfill your needs. And here is the real secret keyword, only to ensure that you have read everything and not only scanned the first paragraph to figure it out: "kos818eo(us". Please use that one and not the first one mentioned for applying. The hourly rate I offer is $1-$1.11 US (This is a rubbish sallary and you might adjust ist ;-) But I prefer to start low, as you can increase it based on performance! Just check the "pay peanuts and you get monkeys section ;-)"). If you have a reason for asking for more, tell me so. Comment Sven: As said, you shouldn't expect anybody (if you are hiring an individual) for knowing anything ;-) If you need some training materials, just drop me a line. I have a great video tutorial about creating minisites, which covers the whole PhotoShop stuff and will give you a great price for the set. Just drop me a line! |

Just went through this guide and here is my review First, this is a steal at this price. Sven will save you hours and hours of research you will have to do on how to go certain tasks when coming to outsource. He lists the pro's and con's clearly. This is not just a guide, its a handbook that I would refer back to time to time. I have create a WSO on my personal outsource experience and I still have learned a lot which I am sure as I outsource more I will come across and use this guide and Sven expereince to assist me. Pick it up before Sven realizes that he is charging to little. Cheers, Mukul |

Hi Mukul, same here! I also learned quite a bunch from your guide! As said in me testimonial on your WSO thread (@fellow warriors, we are NOT exchanging them, but are both interested in making more out of our time while outsourcing and bringing our businesses to the next level ;-)) mine is missing the part with the interview process! I might indeed adjust the price, but I still believe in the $7 viral guide lie I heard when I've been to a rather expensive seminar about outsourcing (I dropped out after day two, as the weather was way to good and another marketer, sitting next to me, tried to make friends and sell me his BS after a couple of minutes ;-) and it wasn't worth letting my girlfriend alone on the beach)... I'm actually thinking about another WSO called "the Art of the Start". It is a title occupied by Guy Kawasaki and a must read IMHO. Topic no. 1 could be "avoid the WSO forum" (both, for your purchases and for selling anything ;-)). Rather spend your hard earned money on a VA from the Philippines or another lovely country and make some money to get eyeballs for your products first and build up a list. It is a petty when I see (and buy) other WSOs that provide not even 10% of what Mukul (I wont write I, haha) offers for the same price tag and sell it out within 24h as they a) have a list and get b) voted as WSO of the day ;-) Enough bashing for today, thanks again Sven |

Hi Mukul, it is more like disenchant anybody that starts up and is up to buy that $2.000 home study courses that will only collect dust ;-) Just a guide on how to get your first product done (my first product ever took me around a year no I need less then a day ;-)) and get them out there! There are nuggets here in the WSO section, thats for sure! I also have to had dig for yours, as I wanted to buy it AFTER finishing mine and then forgot about it. But I have a mind like a steal trap and remembered that I read something about Bestjobs and that your WSO was mentioned in there. Glad German Bastard, haha. Cheers Sven |

Hi Mike, thanks a lot for your reply! Wouldn't have figured that out on my own. There was a reason why I used WarriorPlus. To avoid exactly that problem... If my side goes done, I still can send out a link within minutes or hours, but if the payment button doesn't work... Just send you a PM! Hope you still want it ;-) Best and a great weekend to you and the fellow warriors (might be still Thursday where you life, but here in Centra China it is Friday 8.15AM) Cheers Sven |

Hi Dan, just send you the link! Sorry for the inconvinience. As said, I couldn't access Hostgators webmail without VPN connection, which I only could use from my laptop (used my girlfriends the last days ;-)). If you have any further questions just leave a comment here, send me another PM or an email! Best and to your success Sven |

Hi Sven, Thank you, I got it. I must say how much I appreciate your OTO... it's a very comprehensive and well-thought-out package that can save people several days of work - well done! Still going through the main (underpriced) outsourcing book. There's a lot of information in there and it's worth taking the time to study. Thanks much, Dan |

Just bought this. My experience with hiring mostly Philippines staff via Odesk has been mixed so any help and insights will be much appreciated. Especially how to minimize the day to day supervision that some seem to require. Gary |

first off all thanks for your purchase! Outsourcing and Virtual Assistance is not hands free at all ![]() As mentioned in my guide, you need some training ressources for your outsourcers. Monitor that they have seen all the training, make sure that they understood what you are talking about and you should see progress pretty fast! Another way of getting your things done might be to hire an outsourcing company. I am not the greatest fan of this, but just have had contact with fellow warrior Marx, that runs an outsourcing company on the Philippines. They provide the training, they supervise the staff and if you are not happy with the output, you have a project manager assigned to you. This might be another option! I will hire Marx stuff for content creation. This is not the most sophisticated task, but it takes to much time and my mother tongue is not English but German. Any questions? Just drop me a line via email, PM or leave another comment here! I will be glad to help you! But you took the first step and got some information about how to optimize your outsourcing efforts! Best and to your success Sven | |
