Very with what I got here. I have a question for you. I am not a fanatic like these guys but have started doing some exercise realizing that as a person gets older we need to do more. I am not ready for going to gym yet and got myself a exercise bike which makes it easy for me as I work from home and can do a workout whenever. I also got a mountain bike and started cycling for +- a hour each day and I live in a hilly area as well.

Sorry for the long post. In the one video you mention that is good to get you blood warmed up before you start you workout and you should also cool down after a workout.

In my case as I am still a rookie would suggest I should also warm up before I got out on the road and what should I do to cool down after the ride.

Sorry for the long post and you help would be much appreciated.

After a ride, walking would be a great way to cool down...Whatever you do, it's not a great idea to sit down and stop moving after an intense workout session.

Yes, I'd love too!

For starters, you are getting a unique recipe guide with a "one size fits all diet plan."

Recipes include super shakes, sides, chicken dishes, seafood dishes, breakfast meals, beef dishes..etc, etc..to fit the "one size fits all diet".

This isn't something you would find in any other PLR product, I can assure you 100%. The content is not only that good, it's that effective.

It does have not a sales letter for a few reasons.

1. It will make it much more unique if user's provide their own.

2. Most probably wouldn't use it anyways since everyone has there own style.

3. Sales letters that are offered in PLR packages are way to generic, and if I can't provide a 15k sales letter I'd rather not provide one at all. (I wouldn't want my customer's to use something that I wouldn't personally use for a product I made)
