“If I Could Show You How To ACTUALLY Make Some Life Changing Money – Would You Listen...?” Before I get into this hot and heavy, I want to share a little with you about myself, do you have a minute? I've been quietly making 100% of my income online, and to be honest with you, I feel a little guilty about it, because I don't have the same struggles that many of you have... I don't have to do SEO I don't have to write tens of articles a day I don't have to scour the clickbank marketplace day after day I don't have to worry about CPA offers disappearing You see, I learned long ago that the whole “making money online” thing isn't nearly as hard as some would like you to think it is...If you can position yourself correctly, with something that people want – It's KACHING, GAME-OVER, MONEY IN THE BANK...OK...you get the point Fellow Warriors, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I am making millions of dollars a year, living in a mansion, or driving big fancy cars...because I'm not. BUT I am pulling in a comfortable living that allows me to stay home with my children, and make all of my friends wish they had the life I have...Just like many others, they are forced to get up at the butt crack of dawn to head out to their 9-5's to make a living, while I get to crawl out of bed when I'm ready and spend quality time with my children, then get to work when I am ready... Quick question... If I were to offer you a system that could allow you to do the same thing...would you take it? If I could give you the steps to success...would you climb them? If I could show you how to start making a couple thousand a month...would that make you happy? If I offered you a system....would you follow it? Those might seem like dumb questions...but they are REAL questions..and here's why... Some people are only attracted to the FLASH and HYPE that they see in sales letters...because I've already admitted that I'm not making millions...because I've already admitted that I'm not living in a mansion...well, you get the point - Here is what I can offer you: A step by step system to make a couple to a few thousand dollars a month A system that you can grow with outsourcing A proven business model that doesn't require you to be in the “affiliate game” A 100% white hat way to make the money that you want and NEED to make IT'S TIME FOR A REALISTIC SYSTEM ...AND THAT IS JUST WHAT I WANT TO GIVE YOU... Once you make the smart choice and download this course, you will have in your possession a REALISTIC and ACHEIVABLE way to start making a couple thousand dollars a month – LIKE CLOCKWORK..are you ready for that? Here's the deal... Download the system, put it to the test, and if you can't make it work just like I did, I will refund each and every last penny to you with NO QUESTIONS asked – THERE IS NO RISK HERE FOR YOU. Quote:

Very nice, Leslie!
What I like about this is that it is a process that is easy as can be to outsource so, it really can be hands off money for me. I'm sure others will like it as well - I just told a few people about it

PSM - It's not so much site flipping as it is selling sites you created for that goal. The sites that you create you can either sell as start up sites or keep them for awhile, get them to rank and make money and sell them as established sites.
Trump44 - I'm not a fast writer, so I usually outsource the content for the sites I create, but, if you are a rather fast writer, you could easily get at least 1 site done each day. Leslie |

I've been using Leslie's products and services extensively for the past year and all I can say is that the girl knows her sh*t.
Why on earth she's only charging $17 for this is a freaking mystery to me. Jump on this before she comes to her senses, people! |

Hi Darby,
It's not so much a service, but the techniques I teach you, you can easily use to offer as a service to others. I have build this up slowly, when i started it wasn't really a main part of my business. But I'm sure if I had focused on it more from the starts that I would have been able to reach my comfortzone much faster. If you work on this, and create two sites a week, you can reach it within the first month. It's not a get rich quick kinda thing, it takes work and dedication. Sometimes sales don't happen as fast as you want, but honestly, I've never kept a site that I build with the idea to sell it. All my sites have sold. If not during an auction, then through my list or via an offer after the auction has ended. Leslie |

How is this course different than the myriad of other site flipping courses offered here and do you need a list to make it work? Are these wordpress sites? how are they monetized or are they? thanks

Hi Mario,
As said before, the products is about how to create WordPress blogs that are fit to sell as start up site, or as established sites if you have the patience to make them grow. The best if of course, a mix of the two. Get started with selling start up sites for fast money and then build and promote the sites you want to sell as established sites. Leslie |

Hi Brian,
How this is different from the others Site Flipping WSOs? First of all, it's not a site flipping wso, I don't talk about buying sites and selling them for profits. These are new sites you sell. Either immediately after creation, or after a few months of promotion so they are ranking good in the search engines and getting traffic and income. yes, these are Wordpress sites. I teach how I set them up, what plugins and theme to use and how to transfer them. Mostly I use CPA offers as monetization and adsense, as buyers love adsense sites. In some cases Amazon or clickbank is used too. Leslie |

Hi Mario,
With "I don't have to do WSO", that part is more geared towards the start up sites. Besides doing the on page SEO, I don't need to take care of Off page SEO, which is the one that takes the most time to work on. Of course, the established sites will need promotion and SEO to get good ranking. That's also why I used "don't have to" instead of "don't". If you opt to only sell start up sites as part of your business, you don't need to worry about it. Leslie |

Hi Leslie,
Can you tell me if there are any other expenses other than the usual domain and hosting costs? Do you work with premium themes which would cost extra or do you recommend free resources? Can you give any indication how much the average start up site might sell for [very roughly]? And lastly, is this suitable for someone with no experience of selling a site? Thanks for your answers. Cheers, ~Mark |

Hi Mark,
I use premium themes, these days usually the Gazette Edition from Woothemes. I have used the Lifestyle theme and the Church theme from Studiopress too. There are free magazine-style themes out there you could use, but as I'm used to working with the premium ones, those are the ones mentionned in the ebook. Usually I sell my start up sites for an average of $147. Some more, some less. I'm sure this is suitable for someone starting out. I'll take you from building your site, to listing it on flippa, and even building your list with previous buyers and interested people. Even transfering it is covered if you want to offer that to your buyers so they can get a handsoff blog. Leslie |

I like the concept of building a site and not necessarily having it ranked and producing income before its sold, if I'm reading this correctly? I will bite. couple more questions though. If I build a site and list it today, whats the average turnaround to sell it? Also, regarding themes have you noticed a big difference in sale price with the premium theme vs. the free theme? and how much is the premium theme you talk about? thanks again

Hi Brian,
I believe the Gazette Edition is currently at $70. Usually Woothemes has a buy one get two or something going on, so you could get two themes for the price of one. In regards if a premium theme is better then a free theme, well, as long as you use a magazine style theme, and customize it so it's unique, it shouldn't matter. But I would recommend magazine styles. In regards to a turnaround time, usually I sell my sites on the last day of the auction. Basically most people start bidding then, don't know why, but that's the case. If I finish a site today, list it on flippa (in case it doesn't sell to my list) for a 3 day auction, it will either sell on the last day, or if not sold during the auction, I get an offer in after the end of the auction. So, yeah, it depends on how long you let your auction go. I recommend 3 days. Leslie |

I have purchased this WSO from Leslie and this is what I think after reviewing it this morning.
This is an easy method of crating sites to sell. She also covers creating sites to keep for arecurring income. The steps she outlines are clear and concise. There is no filler to fluff out the size of the package, but it is also very complete and she teaches exactly how she uses this method to make money for herself. And the way she explains it really sounds simple enough for a lot of folks to do as well. This is a well done WSO. |

Lets see, I think I have 2 of Leslie's sites right now in my virtual real estate portfolio and the way she builds them is 1st class.
However, the thing I like is Leslie is willing to lend me a hand when I get stuck on something. In other words she knows what she is talking about, when she helps me out. Her common sense answers are direct and to the point. And knowing her abilities, I have no problem recommending her step by step system to any Warrior that needs something to help them get started making a consistent couple of thousand dollars a month. I do want to clarify one thing though, as Leslie has indicated in her OP, you are going to have to be willing to put the system to work for you. In other words if you don't put Leslie's knowledge to work for you, you will not make any money. But if you put it to work you will gain a solid foundation to build a solid money making business. Hey Leslie,
I just have a couple of questions for you. 1. How many articles per site do you need? 2. How many pages are the sites? 3. If I choose to hold onto the site for say a month and get some revenue to it how much on average do you make per site? 4. This one is not a big deal but how long is the pdf? Is it just a pdf or videos as well? Thanks for your answers as this can be the one that let's my wife stay home, Kevin |

Michael, Ken and Frank - Thank you
![]() Kevin, 1. I usually put up 10 blog posts per blog 2. Besides the 10 blog posts I have the required disclaimers, that means privacy policy, disclosure policy and in health niches: medical disclaimer 3. Usually with income getting in, and then I mean, consistent income over a few months, either through adsense or affiliate/cpa offers I would aim for a year income. But I wouldn't sell it before it would make minimum $50/month 4. It's PDF and videos, it's a rather large download. There are 5 videos and the pdf has 32 pages. Leslie |

Since I haven't read it, I can't speak about this product from Leslie. But, since quite a few of you have made glowing comments about it, that's been handled.
What I can talk about is, based on my experience, Leslie knows blogs! A few days ago I royally screwed up one of my blogs while trying to move it from one host to another. I contacted Leslie, told her the problem and asked for a quote to fix it. She promptly quoted what seemed to be a fair price. I sent the money. Within hours she had solved the problems I knew I had, plus a couple I wasn't aware of. That blog is happily up and running again! I'm extremely pleased with her service and for being so easy to work with. The next time I mess up a blog—and I'm sure I will—I'm going to call Leslie to bail me out. Elmer Hurlstone |

I'm sure you're going to like it. This is exactly what I do for my own sites that I sell and with the techniques that I show to create these blogs, you aren't limited to selling blogs. You can offer your Wordpress set ups to others, you can create PLR niche blog packages and sell those. Really you aren't limited to only selling blogs, use this as a starting point and grow from it.

Hi Leslie,
May I shoot you a few questions? 1. I live in ASIA and currently I do not focus on CPA because I find it difficult to get approved. You mentioned that you use CPA as monetization method, my question is... can I still follow your system even if I do not have any CPA account? How do I monetize with CPA if I do not have CPA account? 2. Since you will be teaching us to build new Wordpress sites and sell them, do I need to invest in some premium wordpress themes? Because I understand that PAID Wordpress themes are better suited for site flipping. Thanks in advance... Quote:

Hi,
Hope this helps you decide. 1. When I started out I used clickbank products and adsense alone, so you should be able to do that too. Amazon is another option for you. And if you do some research I'm sure there are CPA networks that will accept you. I believe Markethealth.com has an easy acceptance strategy and they have health related CPAs for example. 2. In this guide I use the Gazette Edition from Woothemes. That is a premium theme, but it is worth it. Other themes I have used are the Church and Lifestyle theme from Studiopress. There is a bit of investment with buying premium themes but they are worth it in the end. If you can't afford them at the start, I would recommend to either look for cheaper magazine-style themes, or even free ones, as long as you keep the magazine style going and they are easily adapted. Hi Chris,
Besides hosting and the domain name, I use a premium theme which cost me $70 at the time. You can use free themes, but I would recommend in that case to still go with a magazine-style theme. If you plan on doing everything yourself, the only cost beside that are the fees for flippa. If you outsource everything, it will depend on where you outsource what. Leslie |

Sounds like an interesting course. Is there a chance that the market will get saturated as more people try these methods? thx for the info.

In theory, yes, that is always a possibility. However, in reality, I have found that it never happens. While people often buy products with the best of intentions to use them, for whatever reason, they do not follow through. Therefore, the risk of saturation is so remote as to be almost non-existant.

Hi,
I was wondering if you show any proof of income with your method here? Do you share your Flippa username so we can see your success with this course? Also, is there anything different about your course versus other site flipping courses out there? What makes yours unique? Thanks, Amanda |

Excellent information Leslie! Just the information on transferring blogs and selling on Flippa was worth the cost of the package (if not more!) I'm very happy with this WSO. It's well written and has an easy step by step plan to make this system very do-able for anyone.

Interested, but just wondering about creating unique websites to sell. Is this covered? You mention using specific themes. Do you change headers, creating new ones for the site you are making? Do have any sample sites to view?

Yes, I customize the themes that I have, give them a new color scheme, upload a new header. And yes, this is covered in the product.

Hi Rob,
I haven't heard of any issues yet. Have you downloaded it and can't unzip it or is there a problem while downloading? Leslie |

How long do you think it would take for someone, at an intermediate skill level, to create their 1st wordpress website that would be able to be sold as a started site? thx

Setting up Wordpress and writing the content? Depends on how fast you write and how good you can follow the steps. Everything is laid out for you, you just need to follow the steps. If you have good English skills, and can write fast, you should be able to create a site in one day, I can't write decent articles so I outsource that part myself, and I set up a blog in 1 hour. That is, with customizing the premium theme.
