I would have thought given the nature of the WSO ur selling, ie creating, building and then selling, you would have put a longer period refund policy on there. Although looking at the nature of the sales on Flippa it seems that you register the domain then list the site the next day. Another point is that you have only sold these 3 domains and the auction that is current ongoing is a mirror of one of the others.

If your not going to hide the listings properly then be prepared for questions on them lol. The first one actually sold for much less than advertised here (and yes I saw the first bidder pulled out, nonetheless the advertised sale price was less than what you say here).

I would actually be up for purchasing if the refund policy was stretched out to 30 days although disappointed that the review copies werent advertised on the thread.

After your request me and Ranjit have decided to extend the refund policy to 30 days.

We have other accounts, all have sold for as listed, yes someone has pulled out, but it still had the potential to sell for that price. Obviously with flippa it is the luck on the day, but the website which cost me $10 to register still sold for $185, which is a huge profit and other sold for $249 and $1400+.

We have been experimenting and found great results from this technique, thank you for your questions.

In a way you are correct, without revealing too much, we do basic niche research and no we do not sell on good luck, we have methods to cash in on extra money.

Say if you estimated the website to sell for $200, but it sold for $100. We have methods to pull additional funds from buyers and others to bring it up and above that price.

I sold a website a few days back on flippa. It sold for $185. From that 1 website, I actually made an additional $300 in sales.

Which gave me a grand total of $485.

So no this is not about good luck, its about good knowledege and planning.

Do you normally upgrade to a front page listing. The reason is I have tried non front page listings and they did not do as well and a front page listing bumps the total listing fee to $50.

Although there are free themes that can be used.

You can choose front page listing, I never do, It doesnt seem to make any difference.

A website screenshot listing is good, that brings costs to total of $31

Quick Review. First up Im really glad I bought this. This is certainly not your usual site flipping guide. This is something completey different and exciting. I cant say how well the methods work as I have not implemented them which will take at least a week.

Minor points

I would have liked to see some info on getting traffic to the main site in the method or whether they send traffic or not.

They mention cloning your site to make the next easier again to some further instruction on that would have been handy.

Apart from those minor points this is highly recommended. Iwill report back after implementation.

This isnt a definitive review as I am 1 hour away from leaving to go up to the Western Isles (which us Brits will know aint the best for broadband and weather lol). When I return I will be trying the methods out for myself and then posting feedback using purely the methods suggested in the report.

However from what I have read this report is worth the money and if you are looking to getting into flipping sites then there would be no better starting point.

the method cant really get saturated as it basically walks you through creating, building and then selling a website on pretty much any topic you want. yes they sort of specialise towards article directories but their methods can be used on any topic and therefore saturation imo isnt a problem.

There are too many routes of making money with this method for this to become saturated. Even if a website of yours does not sell on flippa, there is still potential to make money from the website.
