1. No, you don't need a sales letter or even to be good at writing.
2. Yes - Sort of, but not really - it's one of the things that makes it so easy.
3. You will need no more than $15 - All you need is a domain name and hosting so, if you can get ahold of a coupon code, you can even get away with $3 or $4
