| Need More Money For Christmas? How does $500-$750 a week or MORE sound to you? That's what we routinely pull in, week after week, month after month. Hi Fellow Warriors! Face it, the holidays are RIGHT around the corner. Yeah I know, it's not even Halloween yet. But once Halloween has passed, what happens? You start seeing holiday advertising, hearing holiday music in the stores...it's ridiculous, we agree, but it is what it is! Wouldn't it be GREAT to pay CASH for all your holiday expenses this year and NOT have to pay off credit cards or borrow money or {gasp} sell stuff to pay for Christmas? Listen up, because here's how: Leslie B and I have been working together in IM for over a year now. In this, our first JV, we're going to let you in to watch over our shoulders while we tell you and show you exactly how we make site building and selling work for us...to the tune of a couple thousand dollars a month. Sound good to you? Read on... By joining our Flippin' Gold Bootcamp, you'll receive INTENSIVE instruction on the following:
So you can see, you really get a lot more information than just "build a site and sell it"! You'll be receiving info and guidance you can use in various different Internet Marketing endeavors! Armed with these skills, you'll be able to:
Whether you've been doing Internet Marketing for one week, one year or ten years, you obviously know the value of a solid income stream that you can use over and over...it's the "rinse and repeat" we hear about all the time. The Flippin' Gold Bootcamp will give you what you NEED to rinse and repeat as often as you want, allll the way to the bank! So what are you waiting for? At a mere $27 for this invaluable bootcamp, do you even have to think about it? P.S. Why are you still reading this? Go, now, sign up! (After you sign up, you will be asked to register your account. WE HAVE TO APPROVE YOUR ACCOUNT MANUALLY, so after you register, please do not email saying you can't get in to your account. You will receive an email after your account has been approved, with your username and password. THEN you can log in to your account! )P.P.S. Due to the popularity of the bootcamp, Leslie and I have decided to keep the Bootcamp open as an ongoing course! Note: due to the nature of this bootcamp, no refunds will be offered or honored. |

Lisa, Geez Louise, woman! When you told me about this bootcamp, I thought it would be a couple hundred bucks! Is there a limit or something? Because I can't imagine why on earth you would do this for such a low price. I've seen you and Leslie sell your sites for $197 and up, over and over again. You two are seriously undercharging for this - big time. Tina |

Tina, We decided to keep this at a low price so we would be able to reach out to people who are just starting out as well as to people with more IM experience. There's no limit to this offer, so we keep accepting them until the 15th. Sunday night we shut down the possibility to sign up, so if you want in, make sure to sign up before. ![]() Leslie |

Hi Adam, The bootcamp will consist of a new video each day. This video will be uploaded on a blog created for this purpose. We have 10 lessons ready, so a bit under 2 weeks for the duration of the bootcamp. Leslie |

Hi Lisa and Leslie, This sounds like something I would like to do. I did Lisa's first mentoring class and already built one wordpress blog. I would love to hold on to my blog, but would really enjoy building more sites that I don't have to mature. I am a total newbie still, so I wouldn't necessarily think I could make thousands in my first few weeks or months, but maybe I am wrong. We all learn at our own pace, but how long would it take, with your videos and instruction, to be able to turn a website around and sold? Also, do you go over how to sell the websites to potential buyers? I would assume a person would need some kind of sales page, and I don't have experience with that. Is there a forum to go to with questions or do you offer email support? |

Hi, it all depends on how fast you can get a blog ready with content and how long you will put your auction for. But all those things will be explained in the lessons. And yes, we will show you some examples of salescopy that you can use for your auctions, we wouldn't want you to promote your blogs the wrong way ![]() The video lessons will be put on a blog where you can ask your questions through the comments, that way others will have access to the same answers. Hi Lisa, Is there any sort of a case study aspect to this as in the copy you say "watch over our shoulders" 5 Sperate business models - Will it be difficult to teach people that are going in 5 seperate directions. What sort of premium themes do you use. $500 - $750 a week - what sort of business model do you follow to earn that flipping weekly. If there is no case study element of this will we see live examples. Can you tell me how your start ups differ from from the huge amount already on flippa that are all following the usual "Revolution theme with a few articles thrown at it" Thanks thats all the questions I have for now. I will most likely jump on this anyway. Dave |

Hi Both, This sounds interesting. I know you both have excellent reputations here on the forum. I too would like to hear your answers to Dave's questions above. Also can you tell me the difference between this bootcamp and Leslie's other site-selling WSO. Does this one give us a lot more info? Do you go into the ins and outs of transferring the sites once sold? I was on the verge of buying Leslie B's offer but then I saw this and had 2nd thoughts. Which one should I go for? Cheers, ~Mark |

| Hi Lisa/Leslie Given that I already have Leslie’s recent WSO on selling sites, I would be hard-pressed to pony-up another $27 since I am guessing that this offer is probably going to cover much of the same material (please correct me if I am wrong). However, I might be convinced if you were able to demonstrate how to overcome what I regard as the primary dilemma when trying to sell start-up sites (my primary interest) for a decent profit: creating your own unique content vs. outsourcing that content, i.e., the cost of your own time vs. the cost of paying someone else to do it. Like many other people, I’m not really interested in claims of $xxx per week or month, but rather dollars per hour spent on the project. E.g., nobody is going to spend a decent sum of money on a start-up site unless is has several articles of good content. And while I don’t mind writing some content, having to write ten 300-400 word articles would take me all day (unless perhaps I have Gergets and her infamous whip standing right behind me ); it wouldn’t be worth it on a dollar per hour basis. Being able to “QUICKLY and EASILY Whip Up Ten Unique Articles for Content” sounds good but I doubt my ability to pull it off given how slowly I write. Presumably I could use spun PLR but there is a time cost involved in finding decent PLR and then spinning it or having it rewritten). This leaves the outsourcing alternative. I’m guessing that ten articles would cost me roughly $40 or so. This isn’t a big deal if I can regularly sell a site for a “reasonable” profit. To net $2k/month, I will need to sell 20 sites for a minimum $140 each (and this doesn’t include the time spent on keyword research, etc.). I know Leslie has done better than this with her sites, but color me sceptical about my ability to approach that figure on a constant basis particularly given how many Flippa sites go unsold and how reluctant people are to part with their cash in today’s economy. Maybe my perception of successful selling on Flippa or the time needed to implement this is misguided. Please feel free to correct me. I have no problem with working my butt off to make it work, I just have a hard time believing that it will pay off regularly to make it worth my time on a $/hour basis for the reasons mentioned above. I might bite if you believe that your offer could provide convincing evidence to the contrary. Thanks and good luck with your WSO. |

Yes, we'll be working with a case study. During the videos you see Lisa and I will be building on a blog that we are going to sell. That way you will see every step we take to build WordPress that we sell. Regarding the business models, the basic, building the sites, is the same, so no, having different kind of business models won't make it harder to teach. We use Studiopress themes or the Gazette Edition from Woothemes. The main difference with all other start up sites is that we spend the time needed to research wanted niches with decent payouts, as well as make sure that the blogs are SEO optimized. Besides that we usually have extra's we offer to the buyer other start up sites won't have. To learn what these are you will need to take the bootcamp ![]() And for Mark, the main difference between my previous WSO and this one is the fact that you'll get the ability to ask us questions. The support you get alone is worth the extra $27 if not more. Also, these are all video instructions, not just a pdf file. A lot of people find it easier to learn by seeing someone else do the steps while they can follow along. Leslie

I'm not sure if you are on my list or not, but if you are, you regularly see me offer at least 2 sites a week. I routinely sell these start up sites with unique content at $247. Those are real numbers, not made up stuff. I'm not going to bullsh!t you...the writing is always the hardest part, and usually is for everyone. BUT, my husband (the writer in my partnership), has developed a way to write unique content that won't take you forever. Of course, that instruction is included in the videos. You'll also learn business models for utilizing PLR to create sites to sell. In the past, I have made anywhere from $97 to $147 per site for non-unique websites I've sold. Again, real numbers, no bullsh!t. Now, you're correct, selling on Flippa is a big part of things, but we also teach you how to develop a list of prospective buyers so that many times, you never even have to list on Flippa at all. About ninety percent of my sites are sold through my own list. I know that Leslie also offers her websites to her list before listing on Flippa...it's just smart business. As far as convincing you? I don't think we need to do any convincing here...site building and selling is a viable, profitable, and proven business model. Thanks for your excellent questions!

I noticed that you include "Easy Premium Theme Customization", does this mean that you help us design unique sites? I know with your other products you create some with Artisteer. Do you include training on that as well?

| Hi Mark - not sure what you mean be outsourcing technique. If you find something that you'd rather outsource than do yourself, the Warriors for Hire section here on WF is a great place to get that done!

Hi Del, Other expenses might be flippa fees and autoresponder fees (if you don't have that yet). A premium theme if you decide to go that route, but I might have a bonus for everyone in that department. The other costs are optional. Leslie |

<<Sunday night we shut down the possibility to sign up>> In which country are you judging the sunday night closure, & what time?? It's sunday night here in Oz (only 8.30pm) & since we're ahead time-wise than a lot of countries, this is quite surprising & annoying that the offer is "not available anymore". |

Leslie, Thanks for your response. When I click on the "click here/act now" button to sign up, I get this message <<This product is not available anymore.>> from an ejunkie page. This is what I was referring to in my previous post. Sorry for not clarifying that. The page is not allowing me to sign up. |

That is strange. It's Lisa's ejunkie account, so she will need to check into it. I'll send her a mail to get it fixed and will send you a PM once she has. I'm sorry about the trouble. Leslie |
