Hello Eric,

This guide is written assuming you have opened account with one of CPA networks. In case you haven't the only way you can successfully sign up with CPA network is by trying to contact the manager constantly.

After sign up, you need to call the manager and make constant communication. Try to explain in details your strategy to promote the CPA offers. I managed to sign up with one of the CPA networks without mentioning any of my website.

Pardon my confusion, but I thought "offline marketing" (which I do a lot of) and "CPA" (Cost Per Action??) were two separate business models. Is this somehow setting up CPA offers for offline clients?

Also, why would it matter if I "live" in the U.S.? Actually, I am a U.S. citizen living in Thailand, but with an Atlanta office and phone number. No one ever knows I am out of the country unless I tell them.. And I do not do face-to-face selling or consulting. It's ALL over the internet and with the telephone. Would that work for your program.... or are personal meetings somehow required?

so basically this strategy is about promoting CPA offers through offline marketing. In theory, the strategy in this guide will work everywhere as long as there is CPA offer for that area.

However, it works best for US market because there are more CPA offers for US rather than any other country. There are few strategies in this guide such as holding event and distributing flyers or brochures. You can ask people to do that for you if you have assistant in US or you can do it yourself.

The difference just the channel of promotion. Most marketers promote they CPA offers through online promotion such as Google Adwords, in this guide you can alternatively promote CPA offers through offline marketing channel.

And in many cases, promotion through offline marketing can give a better return on investment, especially if capital is the concern. This is a great guide if you just barely have enough capital to start but have a quite free time,
