The Problem With Most Abdominal Exercises...

For any exercise to be effective, you should not be able to do more than 10 repetitions of it. In fact, by the time you've done 10 repetitions, you should be completely wiped out (which I don't recommend.)

That's why most of the abdominal exercises we're used to are a complete waste of time, and a hazard to your lower back.

Even fitness newbs these days seem to understand that the diet is the critical element in achieving success. Or is this strictly exercises? I just need to know to form expectations of what I would have to add to it to serve my purposes.

It does go into dieting advice, but very briefly, as well as the importance of weight loss in revealing your abs. But, the core of the report focuses on the what, why, and how of getting six-pack abs.

As you, and anyone else in the industry may already know, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat less and move more. Of course, there are low-carb diets, eating more of the things that are good for you, increasing your anti-oxidant intake, etc. etc. But, the basics of it still comes down to "eating less, moving more."

I have another PLR that I'll need to look for (not mine, but I have rights to it) that would give you the weight loss info.

The price has gone up, but not by much. It has basically gone up by a dollar after every 20 sets...from 31 to 33.

I will pull the offer after another 25 sets or so are sold. That's still only around 65 sets. I didn't promote it much when it first came out.

In fact, I'm going to be releasing volume 2 of this package soon, at which time I may decide to pull this one off completely...whether it reaches 65 sets by then or not.
