Hey Jason,

Implementing the steps is nothing too challenging technically. If you've got a site to actual do SEO for, you can do the steps. No problemo.

As far as the competition, timeframe for ranking and longevity questions go, those will all depend on the keyword you choose, and how many other people are actively going for the keywords. It would be irresponsible to make a generalization here, because SEO is all relative.

Does that make sense?

Put it this way, if you pick up the product and have more questions after the whole thing has been explained, feel free to ask via email.
