Hi Warriors!

This is something I've been doing off and on for years. The first one I did was back in 2005.. I know I'm dating myself.

I've produced 100s of videos, screenshots and have created a lot of follow along forum threads over that time.

Everyone learns differently right? I know personally I love to learn from reading text.. reports, ebooks, forums, articles etc.. I don't mind learning from video/audio periodically, but it drives me a little nuts to be quite honest. Webinars.. not too often; I don't have the patience!

I like to speed read and skim.. get through the material, hit the highlights and apply.

But that's just me.

And I've learned over the years as an IM coach that people respond very well to a smart mixture.. hybrid learning.. I've found as a coach I can reach more people by using a combination of teaching methods.

That's what follow alongs provide.

It depends on the follow along and what I'm doing.

Sometimes text makes more sense. I often use screen-shots to show various things including commission and traffic stats. But then with other things it's just too hard to express with text and screenshots alone..and I create video series.

Often do a combination of all those things in the forum.

FEATURE #2 - Blind and "You Know Everything" Versions

There are two types of follow alongs I do.

Blind Follow Alongs

Often I'll have a lesson to share involving one of the niches I'm in personally, but want to keep private.. On some I don't want to divulge what the niche is to protect my niche. But there are still some great lessons to be had!

I can still show screenshots.. even of stats. I'll blur out references to the niche, website or campaigns.

Regular, You Know Everything, Follow Alongs

Many follow alongs you'll see everything.. you will see the keywords I'm targeting, the niche, the sites, the results.. It's not like I'm just saying, "Hey I did such and such a thing with this such and such a niche"..

..No, you'll actually see exactly what everything is pertaining to.

Yes, I do sacrifice niches this way (there's nothing stopping someone from setting up a competing site or campaign for example).. I have niches over the years I've found profits with and could have done well with privately, but it's all in the name teaching and helping my members. A small sacrifice.

FEATURE #3 - They're Interactive!

Interruption is not only ok, but it's encouraged!

The follow alongs are forum based for a reason. As the follow along develops (either by text or audio/video), you can pop in and ask questions (see the video above for some examples); you can post right to the thread! i have been in few forum, but the support they are
giving is not as good as what they have print out after
you have sign in.

What tools do we have to buy in the forum?
Finding niche software , bookmarking software etc?
Any additional cost other than the $17.00 /m fee
How long it will take for a newbie to be making
some money?
How long we have to stay in the program?
Any refund?

What about articles? This is the weakest part on
my side.

I hear you there.. I've been in a few of those forums
myself over the years. If you want to know what motivates
me, years ago after having a great forum I belonged to be
absolutely abandoned by the owners.. I vowed I'd never do
that and would remain commited, working hard for my
members, long term... building a long term community.

I was crushed because I had become great friends with so
many of those folks.. many of those followed me to my
own forum which was nice.

You don't need to buy anything in the forum.. we'll
teach you how to use and apply various tools that you may
decide to invest in as you invest in your business, but
beyond that we as a membership don't require anything.

You need to invest in your business based on what your goals
are, what model you are pursuing, and your budget.. if you
desire to build a network of niche websites for example of
course you need to buy domains and hosting..

A lot of things online can be done manually.. take keyword
research for example. There are free tools available to
get at least the basics you need to know to make a decision
about tackling a niche and keyword.

But, paid tools can speed things up, make life easier and
automate your business on many levels.

But the key for a newbie is to set a budget, invest in only
what's required and as they start making money, reinvest in
tools that will help them do it better over time.

So it's a tough question without knowing exactly what you
plan to pursue and how you want to pursue it.

based on that and your budget.

I'm not here to sugar coat it though.. to build a profitable
online business, at some stage you WILL need to invest in
tools to help you do more..

But the IDEA is even if you start out manual, you'll start
making some money to reinvest in your business.. so you

There are too many variables.. If anyone promises youa time
frame, run.. because no honest person could.

It comes down to things like:

-- How fast of a learner you are..
-- Your starting skill sets and knowledge
(what you know before you join)
-- What model you start from..
-- It comes down to what markets you decide to
tackle and how well you pick up the training in terms
of how to pick a good niche...
-- How good you are at building sites - and what the
learning curve will be for you individually..
-- How well you pick up the skills to drive traffic..
-- The hours you have to devote weekly to this
business! Very important.. and makes a BIG difference.

And then of course, what you intend to invest in your business.

Understand I coach a lot of people one on one too.. I have
special private coaching programs. I know what people
contend with.. and one can 'want' to do a lot, but it really
comes down to a variety of personal factors as to how easy
it will be and how fast it will come..

Again, there are a lot of models and things you can do. You
can build sites, drive organic or paid traffic and never write
an article yourself.. again, it comes down to what you focus
on AND what you invest in.

I have a number of members where English is their second language.
Often they outsource content writing or find ways to get around it..
or just choose a model where they don't have to write College Level
English papers.

You can get away with conversational writing online.. so you might
even be in a better place than you think with your skills.

Content is certainly the life blood of the Internet and what we do..
whether it's writing ads, writing web content on and off your site, but
you can get help..
