I received my final report yesterday and here are my findings:

1) The communication was quick and they kept me updated with the progress.

2) The PR was written in a professional manner.

3) The PR was submitted to the sites he mentioned in the OP.

4) My PR did appear in Google News at no 1 spot just after few hours for my main keyword.

5) The detailed report was sent after 24hrs from the submission of the PR.

After getting the final report, I investigated the links and this is what I found.

1) My link mentioned in the PR was No-Follow.

2) All the PR sites coming from the same C class IP address.

3) Some of the PageRanks mentioned in the report are not correct ( I am not sure if this is for the main domain or the sub-domains where my PR was published)

One more suggestion would be to provide the links in a separate file (excel, txt) so that we can easily browse to the pages instead of clicking each link from the PDF.
