Well, to be honest I have not outsourced my Webinars and I am not seeing it exactly how I would do that since people expect to hear me on the call, at least to introduce the call.

What you can do, and I will talk about this, is get other people (experts) to come present for you, so you have very little work to do.

With that said, I am sure someone smarter than me can figure out how to outsource it all. :-)
