Dear Warriors,

I’ll keep this short and, hopefully, sweet.

My friends and neighbors are about to have their home foreclosed. If they can’t come up with $3600 by August 31, 2010, they and their four kids will be “out”.

What sucks is that they are trying to work things out with the bank. In fact, they got a loan modification, but what was supposed to fit within the father’s income, the bank jerked them, and basically modified them into an impossible situation.
