not sure I understand.

Based on the info, is it correct to assume that I cannot

Sell these articles as reports
cannot put a squeeze page and give these reports away
OR include with my other products as Bonus.

So, the only way I can use is on article directories ?

Yes that's right they can't be sold or given away or it really defeats the purpose of limiting them to 40 people if those 40 people sell them

I too am not sure what we CAN do with the articles...

It says we can't put them on free websites. Then what CAN I do with them? Does that mean I can't use them as blog content? Or on informational websites?

Of course, EZA wouldn't accept any kind of PLR unless I rewrite it, and I would never use an article under my byline that I know others can use too, because that would immediately bring up the plagiarism issue, so article directories are out.

And when I assemble them into a report, do I have the right to use the report as a giveaway and/or sell it as a PDF?

Hi Elisabeth,

I have removed the 'cannot be place on free websites' - hmmm, not sure why I had that one on there

Basically I just don't want them being sold or given away, for the purpose of keeping them limited to a smaller number of people and not having thousands of them around the internet.

If you use them in a report then that is fine, I guess that is different than having thousands of the same article around. So yes feel free to assemble them into a report and give it away, I just don't want the articles given away as they are.
