All of your samples were created using Animoto.com.

Animoto doesn't allow the reselling of its videos to businesses, unless those businesses buy a commercial license from Animoto.

From their FAQs:

Quote:

The Terms of Service allow for you to re-sell videos to individuals, but not to other businesses.

Each business using Animoto commercially must have their own Animoto for Business account. However, feel free to re-sell videos to individual people (for example, a videographer selling a video to a couple who just had a wedding).

This is the reason why video creators cannot sell Animoto-created videos for a low price, even if they wanted to.

People should be made aware of this fact, least they face some legal problems down the line.

Is there a limit to how many we can buy? I need 5 videos made for a real estate client, would that be possible...?

Look interesting. I have a few questions:

(1) Is the video include voice over (script provided by me) with images?
(2) What is the maximum duration for the $5 video?
(3) Can I submit the information (scripts) a few days later so that I can get
a proper script?

Yep, have to agree with byzantine benny.

These look very much like Animoto videos and if thats the case then they cannot be resold under their terms and conditions. Believe me, I went through this with them some time ago and it's just not possible under any of their current licensing terms uless the seller and the buyer both have a corporate licence at $250 per year.
