This is one of our artistic cities, lovely city.

I applied this method in Somma Lombardo, near Varese.

The system consists in building a City Shopping website with all the shops that accept to join for annual fee.

This system will put money in your pocket very quickly if you work it. I know this because I set up a very similar system several years ago and it has worked beautifully ever since.

Here’s the deal; if you’ve ever read Alessandro’s posts, you may have noticed that his English isn’t perfect. Well, neither is mine and I was born in the US and I don’t speak any other language either. So this isn’t a slam against him, I like the guy from what I’ve seen in his posts. I’m actually amused with the wording and phrasing. I chuckled a lot while reading the PDF. So although he does good with English as a second language, know that it may read a little oddly to you.

Just one caveat before I give my opinion about this course; many of us here have been exposed to this method and already know about it. What percentage of us, I have no clue. If you don’t know about it, you should because if you want one of the easiest entries into the offline marketing business and some quick cash, this is it.

So how much money can you make? Personally, I know that at least where I live, you can charge MUCH more than what Alessandro suggests. But if you did what he suggests it will be a no brainer for most businesses to hand you a check or cash on the spot. If his closing percentages are accurate, you could easily get five businesses a day. I don’t know what the closing percentage using his method would be because I didn’t do it his way. I got started as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and generated clients from there.

Where Alessandro misses it big time in my opinion is that there is no monthly continuity or add-ons. The recurring payment he speaks of is only once yearly. Once you see what he’s doing, bells should start going off in your head about what else you can provide for a price. I’m not going to give anything away here because I don’t want to do anything to give his system away. However, I’ll tell him one of the best things you can do to add value to almost any business client you have, while getting yourself a nice recurring monthly income, and he can include that somewhere for you if he wants. It’s definitely nothing new, we all know about it and I KNOW it works because I’ve been using this add-on/upsell for several years now.

In fact, once you actually start DOING this you should have revelation after revelation about other ways to monetize the system.

This is also a GREAT way to get your foot in the door of businesses if you want to do further offline consulting.

I highly recommend this method because it can without question put money in your pocket within a day or two and become very lucrative on a monthly basis by adding services.

I'm just looking at moving into the 'offline world' in order to create a recurring income stream and I think I have maybe just read the easiest and most feasible way of getting started!

This product outlines a pretty straightforward method and Alessandro and John provide basically everything that you will possibly need to get things up and running.

Full details of all aspects are provided including how and when to approach businesses, building your blog, getting it indexed/ranked, advertising the site (both online and offline), even a future exit strategy if you ever want one!

However, the idea of doing one site per month really gets me excited about this and the potential income that this could generate makes me think that having an exit strategy is not something I'd expect to put into place - the recurring income would be nice going forwards!

I agree with the previous review that the suggested price structure is too low. I understand that this has been used to increase conversions but even if it was increased by 50% or even 100% I still think this idea would convert very well.

There is a printed version of this that is published in my town and this regularly has around 130 advertisers who pay from $30 to $150 per MONTH and when I have looked into setting up a competing product in the past discovered that most people just chuck it in the bin. There is no value for the advertisers and I didn't want to create something like that. This approaches it from a different angle and with offline and online promotion I can see that the advertisers would see more benefit from their investment for certain.

Also, as per the previous review, this method can definitely be used as a low price lead generator for future upsells for other, more expensive, services.

This WSO is definitely recommended for anyone wanting to get into offline marketing or to add another income stream to their existing business - $17 for a step by step guide plus personal email support is an absolute steal.

It's happened to me that once I put the shop online I was asked for an e-commerce site.

Here is my review of Alessandro and Johns' Offline Vortex WSO.

First of all, a warning: This WSO is not for people who do not like cold calling because guess what? Not only do you have to talk to your prospective clients, you have to communicate in person! You have to talk to fellow humans - real living, breathing beings. OK you've been warned. Don't be scared away! Hey at the very least you'll get a mild cardio workout and get rid of that pasty skin and get some Vitamin D from the Sun - Oh I know, you haven't seen that bright orb in the sky because you spend way too much time here at WF? Well it's time to get out and make some money.

Offline Vortex gives you step by step instructions to make it as easy as possible to help you succeed. Haha, Alessandro doesn't know this, but I purposefully PM'd him at least a half dozen annoying questions throughout the day - just to test his patience. After all he is offering email coaching! I wanted to see how he'd respond, and I must say I was impressed - his answers were timely as well as complete and returned with a polite tone, even if I made some of the questions lame, OK 80% LAME. I can't say that for some of the WSOs with so-called "support" for their products.

The instructions are detailed to the point that I thought to myself

-self, if I only had this report when I first started out, I wouldn't have needed to garner this essential information from the dozen or so separate sources I used in the past.

The price point you may want to use - (as pointed out by other warriors above) may not be what is used in this WSO. Depending on where you live in the world, what the going advert rates are in your town/city/county/province/hut/etc may vary. I plan on testing the waters, but overall want to keep things reasonable, as I aslo see this method as a way to sell other higher priced services. Plus California is still stuck in a bad economic outlook, so a lot of businesses want to see more bang for their buck.

So if you've stuck with me this far and you are still reading my ramblings - why? I would definitely give this a good try, and for 17 Bucks? C'mon, with the added agreement, sample theme and other forms you can't go wrong. He also has included other ways to get your service buzzing around town. If you are content with one city, cool. If you want to scale up, rinse and repeat in other nearby communities, cooler. What? too lazy to meet
face-to-face

with your neighbors? Outsource it to one of your unemployed friends so they can get in on the action, or how about that 20 something year old living at home for free rent - oh wait that's ME! .

My review:

Good -- Very simple, step-by-step instructions. Great plan. Wonderful site layout and great presentation ideas. Excellent resources provided.

Bad -- as someone pointed out earlier, the English translation borders between possibly accidental (but cute) humor, and phrasing where you can't help but wonder what is being said. These areas of possible misundertsanding are quite minor and I do not feel that they take away from the course at all. As far as "never seen before", well, this is actually quite common and I've seen similar courses offered here before.

Bottom line -- excellent plan, excellent instruction. I've not used the e-mail coaching, but I'm quite glad to know it's available. The uniqueness that this course provides is Allesandro's and John's motivating presentation strategies, Wordpress theme, resources, and agreement docs -- well worth many times the cost of the course.

I didn't have any problem whatsoever understanding what Alessandro was saying in the PDF - no translation issues at all.

Maybe I didn't consciously notice any issues as it was late when I read through it and I was making notes and getting excited about the whole concept, but I found it made perfect sense. I didn't re-read or question anything at all.

I have no other language skills other than English - maybe having four young kids makes me more attentive to digesting things without realising it

I have been working on ideas for this since I read it. I was up until nearly 3am and have been mapping things out this morning also. I'm going to really get stuck into this and give it a real go!!

My biggest problem so far is what to register for my domain!!!

I think that this business can be made on distance.
The unique problem can be the nedd of photos and videos from the shop.

If you can find an "outsourcer" from the city you are working on, that will help a lot.
But you can do it also without visiting shops, playing on price if the shop owner needs to send you photos and video.

But as other people said, this report will give you some ideas starting from the main one.

Great WSO, Allessandro.

I think this would be hard to implement from a distance without a good sales person but I think it could be done. That being said I don't think i would attempt it from Thailand unless you had someone good in mind to help you J.Agnew.

Many people have said there are other things similar to this on WF.

Could someone point me to some of those?

For those of you that purchase the WSO and plan on implementing it I'd love to dialogue with you on how you think it might work in the US. Price points, further services to offer etc. I think that you would be hard pressed to have 95% acceptance of any offer in the US. 50% would be a phenomenal response rate I would think.

Without giving away too much to those who don't purchase i was thinking initial setup fee with monthly after that.

In addition, after reading this book, it really creates me more ideas on this offline marketing business! Lots of profitable idea comes in. I also suggest if you don't like offline, you also can joint venture with your friend that like meeting people. The income is much easier and stable compared to just online marketing! Really a creating a successful passive income business with very little capital!

The language is just a mean to communicate. You are advised to use your own local language to connect with the locals and there will definitely be a certain level of trust built.

This system will put money in your pocket very quickly if you work it. I know this because I set up a very similar system several years ago and it has worked beautifully ever since. Here’s the deal; if you’ve ever read Alessandro’s posts, you may have noticed that his English isn’t perfect. Well, neither is mine and I was born in the US and I don’t speak any other language either. So this isn’t a slam against him, I like the guy from what I’ve seen in his posts. I’m actually amused with the wording and phrasing. I chuckled a lot while reading the PDF. So although he does good with English as a second language, know that it may read a little oddly to you. Just one caveat before I give my opinion about this course; many of us here have been exposed to this method and already know about it. What percentage of us, I have no clue. If you don’t know about it, you should because if you want one of the easiest entries into the offline marketing business and some quick cash, this is it. So how much money can you make? Personally, I know that at least where I live, you can charge MUCH more than what Alessandro suggests. But if you did what he suggests it will be a no brainer for most businesses to hand you a check or cash on the spot. If his closing percentages are accurate, you could easily get five businesses a day. I don’t know what the closing percentage using his method would be because I didn’t do it his way. I got started as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and generated clients from there. Where Alessandro misses it big time in my opinion is that there is no monthly continuity or add-ons. The recurring payment he speaks of is only once yearly. Once you see what he’s doing, bells should start going off in your head about what else you can provide for a price. I’m not going to give anything away here because I don’t want to do anything to give his system away. However, I’ll tell him one of the best things you can do to add value to almost any business client you have, while getting yourself a nice recurring monthly income, and he can include that somewhere for you if he wants. It’s definitely nothing new, we all know about it and I KNOW it works because I’ve been using this add-on/upsell for several years now. In fact, once you actually start DOING this you should have revelation after revelation about other ways to monetize the system. This is also a GREAT way to get your foot in the door of businesses if you want to do further offline consulting. I highly recommend this method because it can without question put money in your pocket within a day or two and become very lucrative on a monthly basis by adding services.

This product outlines a pretty straightforward method and Alessandro and John provide basically everything that you will possibly need to get things up and running. Full details of all aspects are provided including how and when to approach businesses, building your blog, getting it indexed/ranked, advertising the site (both online and offline), even a future exit strategy if you ever want one! However, the idea of doing one site per month really gets me excited about this and the potential income that this could generate makes me think that having an exit strategy is not something I'd expect to put into place - the recurring income would be nice going forwards! I agree with the previous review that the suggested price structure is too low. I understand that this has been used to increase conversions but even if it was increased by 50% or even 100% I still think this idea would convert very well. There is a printed version of this that is published in my town and this regularly has around 130 advertisers who pay from $30 to $150 per MONTH and when I have looked into setting up a competing product in the past discovered that most people just chuck it in the bin. There is no value for the advertisers and I didn't want to create something like that. This approaches it from a different angle and with offline and online promotion I can see that the advertisers would see more benefit from their investment for certain. Also, as per the previous review, this method can definitely be used as a low price lead generator for future upsells for other, more expensive, services. This WSO is definitely recommended for anyone wanting to get into offline marketing or to add another income stream to their existing business - $17 for a step by step guide plus personal email support is an absolute steal. Don't be scared away! Hey at the very least you'll get a mild cardio workout and get rid of that pasty skin and get some Vitamin D from the Sun - Oh I know, you haven't seen that bright orb in the sky because you spend way too much time here at WF? Well it's time to get out and make some money. Offline Vortex gives you step by step instructions to make it as easy as possible to help you succeed. Haha, Alessandro doesn't know this, but I purposefully PM'd him at least a half dozen annoying questions throughout the day - just to test his patience. After all he is offering email coaching! I wanted to see how he'd respond, and I must say I was impressed - his answers were timely as well as complete and returned with a polite tone, even if I made some of the questions lame, OK 80% LAME. I can't say that for some of the WSOs with so-called "support" for their products. The instructions are detailed to the point that I thought to myself -self, if I only had this report when I first started out, I wouldn't have needed to garner this essential information from the dozen or so separate sources I used in the past. The price point you may want to use - (as pointed out by other warriors above) may not be what is used in this WSO. Depending on where you live in the world, what the going advert rates are in your town/city/county/province/hut/etc may vary. I plan on testing the waters, but overall want to keep things reasonable, as I aslo see this method as a way to sell other higher priced services. My review: Good -- Very simple, step-by-step instructions. Great plan. Wonderful site layout and great presentation ideas. Excellent resources provided. Bad -- as someone pointed out earlier, the English translation borders between possibly accidental (but cute) humor, and phrasing where you can't help but wonder what is being said. These areas of possible misundertsanding are quite minor and I do not feel that they take away from the course at all. As far as "never seen before", well, this is actually quite common and I've seen similar courses offered here before. Bottom line -- excellent plan, excellent instruction. I've not used the e-mail coaching, but I'm quite glad to know it's available. The uniqueness that this course provides is Allesandro's and John's motivating presentation strategies, Wordpress theme, resources, and agreement docs -- well worth many times the cost of the course.

I didn't have any problem whatsoever understanding what Alessandro was saying in the PDF - no translation issues at all. Maybe I didn't consciously notice any issues as it was late when I read through it and I was making notes and getting excited about the whole concept, but I found it made perfect sense. I didn't re-read or question anything at all. I have no other language skills other than English - maybe having four young kids makes me more attentive to digesting things without realising it I have been working on ideas for this since I read it. I was up until nearly 3am and have been mapping things out this morning also. I'm going to really get stuck into this and give it a real go!! My biggest problem so far is what to register for my domain!!! Phil

If you can find an "outsourcer" from the city you are working on, that will help a lot. But you can do it also without visiting shops, playing on price if the shop owner needs to send you photos and video. Great WSO, Allessandro. I think this would be hard to implement from a distance without a good sales person but I think it could be done. That being said I don't think i would attempt it from Thailand unless you had someone good in mind to help you J.Agnew. Many people have said there are other things similar to this on WF. Could someone point me to some of those? For those of you that purchase the WSO and plan on implementing it I'd love to dialogue with you on how you think it might work in the US. Price points, further services to offer etc. I think that you would be hard pressed to have 95% acceptance of any offer in the US. 50% would be a phenomenal response rate I would think. Without giving away too much to those who don't purchase i was thinking initial setup fee with monthly after that.

J.Agnew.JD, you might actually be able to do this in Thailand if you hired someone to do it for you. I don't know if people there would go for it or not but you could definitely outsource it cheaply there.
