Is it a one webpage site? Do you give the minisite with its corresponding files so we can upload it to our domain with ftp?

Yes and yes....

There are 3 zip files. The web-site. The AVI videos. And, some bonuses.

In the web-site file there is an images folder, just up-load that and boom.
Also, there's a little PayPal payments script (with PLR).

It should not take you more than a few minutes to have it ready to take orders.
The longest time will be to up-load the AVI file. (By the way, that includes an AVI video player).
