| [48Hs Special] Don't Waste More Time Answering The Same Questions Again! iKnowledge Software Hi Warriors, Today I want to share with you one tool I've recently created for optimize my own business. As you all already know, one of the more time consuming task is providing support to our customers. This support more often than not consist in giving a quick response to our clients' questions, even more if your business is information related like mine. Well, this asking questions' game has taken several hours a day from me for the last 5 years. Worse: if you give support by email as me, you already know most of the time we're writing answers to the same questions... Yes, I've managed to find some of my prior answers in my email inbox sometimes, but often it's just more quick write a new one. Last week I receive a so simple question; the kind of question you and me have answered a million times. And I answered for the million-one time. However, I thought I had enough of this thing! So, I created iKnowledge. This is a very easy to use tool. No necessity to over-conplicate a really simple thing: all I needed were to be able to save and organize properly my customer's questions and the answers to them. And, of course, some way to find them each time we need them (read: when someone shot us the same question). See the video below and you'll understand immediately how this useful tool works: The Price? Well, I'm going to sell this software at $47 when I finish and upload the seller site, but since it's a WSO, you can get it for only $27 But Wait! You can get it now for just $5! But this is a 48hs. Special, so, HURRY UP! Later on, price will start increasing 10 cents every a few sales... Bonus? You'll receive lifetime upgrades of this product. If you have a great idea I can add to it to do it even more useful, just let me know... Fair enough? |

Juan, So sorry, but I've not a clue what this Andy's product is about. However, it doesn't sound like something related to iKnowledge. You should think about iKnowledge as being a FAQ or Questions' manager software. You can save all your answers to your customer's questions in one place, tag them, find them by tag or topic, etc. I used to save this material in my email inbox or in separate txt files. Not a surprise I hardly found the answers when the same question arises again. iKnowledge help me to manage my answers and optimize my time since I won't have to answer the same questions several times. Do you get the idea now? |

Nice app. I think it will be very handy. Just a suggestion, you may not want to limit your descriptions to "Customer's questions". Not everyone has customers and, in my opinion, this would make for a great personal tool as well. It's a great way to keep track of question you had yourself that you had to find answers for, especially if the answers were hard to find. Six months or a year later you may have the same problem, and forgotten what the solution was. You basically can create your own personal knowledge base. It actually reminds of a system we had back when I used to work on an IT help desk. Any time someone came across a new problem that they had to figure out, they would add the problem and solution to the knowledge base, so if it happened again, the answer was readily available. It's certainly a better option than keeping tons of text documents that end up just becoming a cluttered mess. It doesn't even have to be a problem. You could use it to list steps to a certain process. You could use it to list the steps to backing up your wordpress database, for example, or the solution to a strange error message you are getting. It saves a lot of time if you you ever need that information again. Of course it will be many times more helpful if you do have customers to support. Figure out the solution once and add it to knowledge base. The "filter by text" feature will be immensely helpful once you get a lot of stuff in there. |

Nice idea, Ran. I certainly was thinking an a knowledge base manager when designed this tool. I'll go a bit more generic in the next upgrade... |
