Are the videos available to host ourselves or must we just link to them on your site?

I'm thinking if all resellers direct customers to your site, it's going to get hit and possibly cause problems?

this isnt really a wso, its a resale product. Plus if you buy from the link on the sales page you give, you can buy it for $197, doesnt it make more sense to buy it there.

That's for just the product, not including the rights. It is a wso because it's their product.

No this is not price fixing in that sense. we are selling a limited number of licenses to resell our product with a clear list of terms and conditions, one of the terms is that it cannot be sold for less than $97. This is a common condition of resale right products designed to prtect the interests of the license holders from de valuation of the product they are selling.

yes the videos will be made available to you to host yourself or burn on a dvd, we're just having a bit of trouble with slow upload speeds....its all Rachels fault....shes the one playing around in Rio =)

In fact this is a WSO, Rachel and I are the creators of this product and we are giving warriors first dibs on getting resale rights to our new product before we raise the price and launch to the public...this is the essence of a WSO... first dibs to warriors at a low price.

The other wso thread is selling a personal use copy of Residual Income Formula for $197 also a wso...first dibs to warriors at a low price. This WSO does not grant you a resale rights license, if you want to be able to resell the RIF product, then you will have to purchase the $497 resale rights version.

after they have cancelled their subscription?

I suppose the autoresponder will continue delivering
emails until the whole sequence is delivered,

You can either delete the meber from your autoresponder (takes 2 seconds) or set it up to automatically remove a member who cancels.

If it is a low priced membership site $7 to $17, personally i don't even worry about removing a member, I consider that sweating the small stuff, however if it is a higher priced membership site, then i'll take the time to remove the member.

1) Can we leave the sales page as-is (or do we need to put our name on it)? I was just planning to plug 'n play...you did a great job!

2) I assume that the sales page you provided needs to be changed to 'instant download' instead of 'physical mailing'...? Or do you provide the means to sell this as a physical product?

3) Can we change the copyright to www.oursite.com or do you require the copyright to be in your domain name?

4) Can we split the product up and sell part of it as a $97 front end and add the membership site script and interviews (for example) as an OTO for whatever price we want?

As long as you don't change any of the content, you can leave our names on it.

Yep - you can change it to instant download, or you can work independently with Disk.com or another physical provider to sell physically.

You can change the copyright to your domain name, sure.

Honestly, most of the 100 people that will purchase this program won't do much to promote it or sell it anyways!!

It's like with most PLR products / article packs that are sold - you can search on a sentence or two of the article and still only find very few if any people actually doing anything with them. I was part of a group that was 500 people big for about 600 articles per month, and 3 to 4 months later I checked on some of the articles, and only 2 to 4 people actually even did anything with them.

I hope to see you again at another event this year!! It was great seeing you again earlier this year!! I always read every WSO you put out there!! JUST FYI!!

I think it has been an absolutely brilliant way to market a product. I have a couple that I'm launching in 2009, and I've watched your WSO because I've had another friend that told me how they only sold their product as a WSO and made a lot of money!! ( While the website was up and running for normal people to come & buy their program there, they put it up as a WSO and really pocketed a lot of sales!!! The whole target was actually the WSO buyers, and it worked like a charm!! )

David - I finally got back over to the WSO last month after signing up a couple of years ago, and I don't read any forums, but this one - I love!! I was glad to see your offerings in your signature line, as I've been part of a group in the past that you were part of and was really impressed by your knowledge!!!
