Sorry - another question (or two!)

Are the items delivered in formats which can be modified (i.e. Word files not PDFs - it's easy to modify Word files, html files for the PLR benefit - but it's very hard to PLR PDF's, Audios and Videos - especially if they are alredy branded / contain links).

Any possibility of seeing the membership site script in action?

Bev - The script can be found elsewhere. We liked it the best because it's the easiest to use, we can easily dripfeed with it, and it offers a plethora of other options. Both of us have tried a zillion different options and downright hated many of them - this is the best in our opinion.

Dripfeed wasn't one of the features of the script, but we explain step by step how to do it ridiculously easily with it (so you don't need to buy anything else or anything)

Nicholas - If you don't modify the info (or just add more), you can absolutely keep our screenshots. As far as adding some later, we didn't have plans on it, but it's possible - that depends on what Tanner and I's plans are. I might be on a world tour next year, so I don't want to promise anything just in case I can't follow through.

If you PMed me and I was around, it wouldn't be a big deal to take new screen shots of my rebills at any time. I don't want to speak for Tanner, though I imagine he'd feel the same.

Just like Rachel said, as long as you don't change the salesletter in terms of claims about Rachel and I or our earnings or try and claim the earnings as you own, you are free to use them as part of your package.

Just checked our server, and loaded the salesletter. it is displaying fine for me.

Dripfeeding does use an autoresponder, but does provide information via an updated webpage, not simply an attachment or dl link in an AR email.

The drip-feed mechanism seems to be a simple case of specifying a unique URL for each issue and putting those URLs in an autoresponder sequence. Which is OK I guess but not that secure - it would be possible for older members to pass on the URLs to newer ones or (if you are not careful) work out what the remaining URLs should be!

Hi Richard,
yes the example you showed is the most basic of ways to set yup the drip feed, however there is another section in the course that explains how to secure your content further, which works very well. Drip feeding content is designed mostly for membership sites where the members do not have much or any interaction with each other.

As to modifying the script itself, you would have to talk with the actual programmer of the script as to whether or not it can be modified, as we did not create the script, we can't answer that question.

There is no reason that the drip feed content URLS are not inside your members area.
so members have to provide their login details before they access the content from the email.

no membership no password.

(they could still share the login details. But that is less likely.)

Exactly, this is a very good point, as all your content is in the secured members area and if that is combined with the information in the securing your content section, your content will be as secure as it can be without investing in some high dollar membership site script.

An important rule to remember is to no sweat the small stuff. make your content as secure as you can make it, and then move on and focus on the more important aspect of growing your business. there will always be some freebie seeker out there why is going to try an cheat the system, but they are in the minority and are not worth focusing on.
