Q. Are you really going to do this from scratch? No list, no ready to go products, no secret army of affiliates...

A. Yep. I have always said to friends and family that it should be straight forward for anyone (if they apply themselves) to break free of the 9-5, 8-4, etc, etc, if they really want to and if some one could show them how.

I intend to show how I would do it, by doing it.


Q. How much money will I need after I join? Do I have to buy lots of expensive software and tools?
A. Where ever possible I will show you a free resource that gets the job done (I have not found free reliable hosting or free domains yet so you're probably going to need a few bucks for those).

Where I believe you need some premium software or tool (video software can be pricey) I will show you an innovative (and legal!!) way to get what ever you need at no additional cost to you.

Personally I am going to be starting with around $100-$150, though if you are really stuck I will discuss a few quick ways to get some immediate (though small amounts) cash.



Q. Will I have to make a product?
A. You don't have to but it is far easier to make a profit if you are a product vendor. We will be talking about other income streams but think about this:

For every affiliate sale you make, the product owner gets 50% profit and your customer! Which would you prefer to get? Half the profit on 1 sale and nothing more or half the profit on one sale and all the profit on subsequent sales....?


Q. Will you show me how to make a product?
A. Better than that, I'll show you how to find out what people want to buy so you can make just what they want!


Q. Is this all about the Make Money Online, Internet Marketing niche?
A. Nope.

While everyone seems to want to jump into this area and believe the hype (run your business from beside the pool with a waterproof laptop and a tall Gin&Tonic), there are far easier ways and easier niches to build a sustainable ebusiness in.

I am working on the following math.

By the end of the 90 days the business will generate $4166.67 or more per month. ($50k/12)

No gimics, no dodgy photoshop screenshots, just a sustainable online business.

And as I state in the video, if I fail to hit my own public target (cannot really hide if I wanted to now anyway) then everyone gets a refund.

Great question.

Short answer = No.

You will need to invest at somepoint but I can give you a free well established and respected ecommerce cart for the duration of the coaching, you could use a free autoresponder, etc, etc.

I believe in bootstrapping, so bar a little start up capital (and I am talking sub $100 here) everything you need the business should pay for out of profits.

The goal here is to get you a) making some money and b) building a sustainable business.

If you were going to build a $50k house (or $100k or $1M for that matter) would you rely on some free, shared foundations?

I am guessing you'd be prepared to invest in the right foundations for your house.

I suggest the same approach for building a business. Having said that, you can get your business to quickly pay it's own way so you don't need to subsidise it.

I'm also going to kick your product creation efforts off with some great PLR if you like the niches related to the materials I have.

Bottom line is I will help you build an online business that works for you (not the other way round!)

You don't have to build anything, I will be showing you some low cost outsourcing, though initially I always recommend people getting their hands dirty with some work to enable them to outsource it the right way to the right people.

The core ideas here are building the right business for your goals, making it sustainable (so no sending out 53,345 Facebook friend invites!) and having more life while your business works for you.

Yep, brand new paypal and clickbank. To be hones I think I have made about $100 this year from CB as I rarely find another product good enough to stick my name behind with a review and positive endorsement to my list.

But yes, brand new paypal, cb accounts, new shopping carts and new autoresponders.

Unfortunately all of these are empty when you get them, lol.

The goal here is to be as transparent as possible (while obviously protecting purchaser's details) so you will get to see the accounts via live video every day.

I don't expect to make the first sales until the end of the first week. This is not some stupid get rich quick scheme using this super secret technique.

You will see me research markets, pick keywords and make the products live (well it will be recorded live for those who have better things to do than watch me at my keyboard for a few hours each day!).

Hi TW, that is correct. I do not know how to start from scratch and legally make $4,167 over night (if you do, please write a WSO and I'll buy it).

As I describe in the video, my official goals are $1k in month 1, $2k in month 2 and $4k in month 3, with the ongoing business being proven to make $4166/mo.

If I fail (I may beg $166 grace) everyone gets a refund even if they have just sat and watched me work my jean-clad but off for 13 weeks.

However, I do not intend to fail :-)

I have a private goal that is obviously higher than $50k per year but I'll share that with my coaching students if that's okay

While I am doing this WSO primarily as a coaching program and to prove a point (that anyone can achieve this if they put their mind to the problem and take action) I am very happy that I will be building additional income streams.

The alternative is that the business I will coach you to build will become an asset. You can sell assets and realise the cash value of them.

So, if you wanted to you could sell your online business once it is generating you a few grand each month.

In this economic climate there will be plenty of people looking to pick up a micro business with a positive cashflow.

As much as possible!

If you are not using affiliates or marketplaces like clickbank or paydotcomdotcomdotcom or what ever Mike F calls it, you can expect to have very high profit margins (like 80-90% profit margin if you don't count your time).

If you rely on affs or clickbank and the like then you have to factor in the cost of the affiliate sale (typically 50%). However, once you have a happy customer you can often look forward to future sales without aff commissions

Part of the training will be covering a crash course in business basics (cashflow, profit and loss, profit margin, and a few other things - but don't worry the lessons are going to be entertaining and most importantly easy to get).

In my offline business (a professional services business) we always shoot for 50% margin where ever possible (and more where possible).

Online, if you do not count your time (I do factor in a cost for that as I measure everything but most don't) and you're not using CB or similar you can expect very high profit margins.

As previously asked - will you need to buy lots of expensive software, tools, services or fresh cream cakes for me?

Ans: no. You will need some form of hosting (though I am working on this), you will need a domain or two if you want your own blog and/or your own sales page and you should (I say should because it is only 99% essential) get an autoresponder.

As part of the coaching I will show you how to get free versions of anything I use and recommend (and I only recommend what I actually use) and where needed, how to get premium tools for free.

Hi Perswealth,

Firstly, yes everything I do will be recorded. That includes coaching calls, video conferences, and screencaptures of daily activities (though not hours and hours of me at my desk for obvious reasons of not wanting to bore people to death!).

Traffic. This is an interesting question. The honest answer is that it depends on the niche you (as a coaching student) pick and decide to focus on.

I know everyone hates google and ppc but there are sometimes when it is economically the right thing to do.

Having said that, free traffic that converts to buyers is naturally great too!

Once I can prove conversion rates I will almost always add paid traffic to any free traffic I can get because it works, it is reliable, it is profitable and it is fast.

I will show you were I get paid traffic for under 10c a visitor (google and other sources).

I have no fixed plan as to what products I will create (i have a couple of ideas but I'll explain all inside the members area). Because of that I cannot tell you that I am going to do ABC on day one.

Day one is all about picking a market with a problem and finding a way to solve it with a profitable product.

To cover both options I will be active in an IM niche and a Non-IM niche. I think the latter will be easier but the results will be pretty clear once we begin.

I do not have any secret software, backdoors, ninja tricks up my sleeve either. Just plain old business sense and some experience.

The business sense I can teach and my experience (and skills as a coach) will enable me to coach you to make the decisions that best fit your goals, your aspirations.

Tracking!! Ah, one of my favourite topics. Yes I will be doing quite a bit of tracking.

We'll be starting with analytics and another low cost realtime offering (analytics is terrible for making very quick decisions).

Prosper 202 is on the list of options (I cannot remember which one is the free version and which one they host) but that really only applies once you have multiple traffic sources to multiple campaigns and offers.

Let's start by picking a problem to solve for a market that has money and will pay you to solve it. We can track the hows once we get going but great call.

Core principles will always be:

Test, Action, Track then do more of what works and tweak what does not work.

Not a very sexy plan I admit but you'd be surprised how profitable that simple sequence is.

I think the answer is sort of!

Let me explain.

I view tracking as finding a way to gather relevant information - think of this as raw data.

Testing would then be running one or more ads and comparing the two sets of raw data. Obviously you want the best performance.

However in my experience it is not just a question of tracking an event (like a click through) but the whole process.

Perhaps an example would help?

With a recent client I noticed that the largest volume of very cheap traffic (1c per click on google) was coming from the Indo-china subcontinent. The client was getting amazing volumes and very high clickthrough rates.

However, the actual conversions (sales) per click and per optin were terrible. This could be for a number of reasons like strength of the exchange rate, lower income per household, etc, etc.

When we compared the overall cost of acquiring a customer (from first click to sale) we found that the 3p and 6p per click traffic we got from the UK, South Africa, Australia and a few European countries actually had a lower cost of acquisition.

So in this case looking only at the tracking data (click throughs from an ad campaign and aweber sign ups) gave one picture but testing the full cycle (click-optin-purchase) and comparing across two campaigns told us where to spend our money.

Although the second campaign was 3-6x more expensive on adspend it resulted in a massively profitable overall result.

I think my guarantee probably says everything. If I fail to do what I say can be done everyone gets their money back irrespective of how much they make!

I expect that their will be updates every day. Live videos will be when ever there is something important to see/say and screen caps at every step (hmm, may need a bigger hard disk drive for my editing!).

The real time training will be as long as it takes. For example: Wordpress the secure way will be 5-8 minutes because that's how long it takes me. Keyword research will be either an hour live (for around 1000+ keyword phrases) or 10 minutes (edited highlights version).

It is not my goal to make you watch GBs of video but to get enough information, inspiration and instruction to get you to take action, build your online business and make some sales!

When you say live will this really be live as in will we see your products niches and sites etc Reason being I signed up to something recently that was supposed to be live but its not shall we say live .

Did you use NLP in that video because I feel vilolated and I know you like to mess with that stuff.
