I have bought and read a lot (too many) wordpress books and this is easily, without question, the most comprehensive guide to using wordpress I have ever seen.

@meercatt - Actually for memory I only reference my theme once in the book - to say it is good In the book I used free themes wherever possible to demonstrate so it would be accessible to all. I did demonstrate how to do two things with two premium themes but I also gave examples of other themes that you could use instead that were free. I hope that this answers your question. My book is not a promo for my theme or vice versa if that makes sense they are two individual products just as useful I hope without the other.

Also, please note that a user has drawn to my attention that my zip files can't open on mac computers. I'm trying to find another software to zip up files for mac users. If anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to hear them not being familiar with mac myself.

Hi Rajul,Thank you for your question. Here's some licence information for you:

Basically, WP Flex is sold with a developers licence. You will receive a copy of the theme that you can use on your own sites. You will also receive a copy of the theme that you can use to customize websites that you are selling with a registered domain. You can’t re-sell the theme on its own or offer it up in a membership site. More details are set out in the licence.

The multi licence theme (the one that you can use on your own sites) does not contain a footer credit. The single licence theme that you may sell with a registered domain (ie a website) does contain a footer credit.

Yes, warriors will get two themes.One is the multi licence and one is the single licence. If you sell a site that you created with the multi licence you will need to change it to the single licence theme.

I followed the book word for word and did not have a problem. Actually I thought I had messed up but a quick check by Leanne and yep I had actually succeeded. The Ebook is awesome. The theme rivals Thesis
(YES it does!) for flexibility and usefulness. WPFlex
has exactly what I want, without all the stuff I don't.

This is the information I have been searching for forever-especially
the CMS information. Though I have other things that tell me about
using WP as a CMS, none of the others is as clear or easy to understand
