Great question! Windows Movie Maker may have some difficulties editing these videos depending on your operating system and codecs installed.

I recommend a FREE VIDEO EDITOR called VideoPad Video Editor that is just as simple as Windows Movie Maker, yet much more robust. With this software you can edit these videos, burn them to DVDs, or convert them into Movie Maker friendly video formats so you can edit them in Windows Movie Maker. This program will pretty much do anything you will want to do with these videos, and it's very simple to use. Download here.

Thanks for your interest in the video package! Unfortunately substituting anything is not available at this time, as the videos only have three recorded and produced segments per business currently.

After completing Vol.2, I may look at doing some custom things though. A possible option, you could cut the social media "clip" out of the video and cut the "3 Benefits in 3 Minutes" Intro out to still use 2/3 of the videos as well I believe. Hope that helps,

First off,

Second, I am SERIOUSLY EXCITED that you all are finding a lot of value in these videos! I was just sick of paying tons of money to have mediocre-barely-targeted movies produced for businesses that I simply wasn't comfortable putting my own company name on most of the time.

Thanks for posting this. I am a little saddened to see that even though you call this Private Label Rights this WSO doesn't appear to be. Meaning I can rebrand them for myself but I don't have resell rights to offer these to my clients and businesses.

I'm not an expert but this is kinda what I see PLR as:

Private label rights is a concept similar to reselling, but the merchant is permitted to modify the product to fit his or her needs. Typical PLR products are articles, reports, eBooks, and autoresponders. This kind of content is used for the purpose of allowing multiple buyers to invest in the content with free rein to alter and use it by claiming authorship of it. It is typically used in online affiliate marketing systems. An online merchant may lack a product of their own to sell and may purchase PLR media as a substitute. Typically, the product takes the form of an e-book or software. The PLR-reseller modifies the contents of an and resells it under their own name.

PLR can take many forms, and it is up to the owner to state the restrictions / resale rights of the product. As I stated to you via PM, I feel that this protects the overall value/intent of the video package.

If you go to Wikipedia, you will also read the following from the plr page:

"While Private Label Rights allow the purchaser to modify the content, the right to modify and redistribute PLR is not always limitless. Each provider will have different rules."

If you would like a full REFUND, I'd be more than happy to oblige as I do apologize if my copy sent out mixed signals. (and provided you promise to not distribute/sell the videos underground-style )

These videos are designed for offline consultants to use in their own offline business of helping local clients -- not for other internet marketers/offline consultants to buy the entire package and resell it online.

Thank you for your interest in the video package!

YES, you can remove my voice narration track and replace it with one of your own. Within the "buyers area" is a folder with the background music/sound effect files that I use in the videos. Using these along with your own voice narration tracks will allow you to edit the overall audio to your liking.

I will be uploading a text document to the "buyers area" shortly that contains the voice narration scripts that I use in the videos, so warriors can do their own voiceovers/outsource them with the scripts if they choose.

What you hear in the example videos is similar to how all the videos sound, changed to accommodate industry terminology (customer, client, patient, etc.) plus dialogue where I address specific concerns and solutions. There are voice overs for all 16 videos and I provide the audio tracks of the voice overs separately in mp3 and aac as well. I also provide a transcript of the videos in text format so you can do your own voice overs if you'd like to.

No problem. Just created my first ever video squeeze page (well several for different niches). Everyone wants to watch videos now. I actually setup a page with the video on it last week. Didnt get any 'bites', possibly because I think I added too much content to the page. So now I have just a video and signup box on the squeeze page.
I've actually appended some more content to the video, what is it with me and content !

Will update this thread with results.

Hi Si, thanks for stopping back in and updating us on how you're utilizing the 16 videos! No worries, as I too have the problem of continuously feeling the need to add content. And this applies to ANYTHING I do, not just videos.

One tip though, I would not go any longer than the 8 or 10-minute mark for your video, as that seems to be around the time that people's attention really begins to wander away from the message you're presenting. Keep it TIGHT and TARGETED I say.

As I said before too, get these short videos in front of business owners, and YOU WILL get their attention. They get emails, phonecalls, letters, and physical-dropins from people promising first spot on Google literally EVERY SINGLE DAY. I was just meeting with a client the other day. I was there for no more than 2 hours max. They got two phonecalls from telemarketers asking them if they want to be NUMBER ONE on Google.

You need to stand out from these "seo drones" as I like to call them. A professional, clear, and concise video message that speaks directly to business owners should help you do just that.

Hi Shawn! Thank you for your interest in the video package! Yes this package is only available to 100 warriors total, and Vol. 2 will be the same way as well. I believe in saturation, even in the offline world.

The price of $67 is for sure a bit more than the typical $7-$27 run of the mill "how i did this and you can too just as easily" offline wso's that pop up here on Warrior Forum every week. The primary reason for this is the fact that these are high-quality videos ready to be USED right away by offline consultants that are busy in the trenches out there getting clients. Video requires time, skills, and a lot of patience, especially during the rendering/upload sessions.

This is not a "theory" or a "system", but a ready-to-roll lead generation package right outta the box (or download ). For any type of custom video project similar to just ONE of these videos, I was being quoted several hundred dollars by other providers. So I figured offering 16 customized and targeted videos, each 3 minutes long, for only $67, would be appealing to other offline consultants that have undoubtedly been quoted these types of high figures as well for these types of projects. Selling only 100 copies allows them to hold their full value too.

As for your question, I'm not sure I fully-understand what you're asking, so let me know if my answer is offbase at all. You can use these videos however you'd like to help grow your own offline consulting business. If you turn it into a type of "guide" for the specific offline businesses discussed in each video, I don't see any problem with that at all. My only problem would be if you took the videos, tweaked them a bit, loaded them onto a site/forum/ebook/package/etc, then turned around and sold the site/videos/ebook/etc. So, you can use them however you want to help grab more offline clients. You just can't turn around and sell them in any way, shape, or form (this includes bundling the videos with other stuff and selling that, giving it away, etc).

I think you may be a bit confused about these video packages. You may want to rewatch the samples again. The purpose of these videos is to use them as lead-generators for your OWN offline consulting business. So, if you have a hair salon in your area that you would like to work with (help them get found in Google by doing SEO, setting up their e-mail marketing campaigns, etc), you could show them these clear and professional videos that briefly educate them about the benefits of using online marketing strategies to grow their business.

These videos are not designed to be used by the actual businesses, they are designed to be used by offline consultants to help them get clients.
