Thanks for asking your question about how much time it takes to get a site up and running. I have included a timeline for you to follow. In that timeline, I've specified times for each step. If you keep yourself focused and follow the suggested timeline, you can have a site up and running from finding a niche all the way through to completed site in a day to a day and a half (8-10 hrs). Once you've done a site, obviously, you will be able go a lot faster on the next sites. I can do the whole process easily in a day or less.
Remember, you can set up the site very quickly, but to have a profitable, quality site, you want to make sure that you do the proper research first. I take you step by step through that in a very detailed manner.

Thanks for your questions.
The focus of this course is how to get your site up and running based on profitable keywords and products as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I don't go over getting traffic to your site in this course.

So far as maintenance on the site, since Google loves content (and to help with traffic), if you add an article to your site once every 4 - 6 weeks, that would be a good idea. So far as keeping the products up to date, you will be using datafeeds that automatically update as the merchant updates them, so the maintenance on that is minimal.

Yes, you can outsource a lot of it if you want to, that is totally up to you. At this point in time, I do all my sites myself. Occasionally, if I'm pressed for time, I might outsource a couple of the elements.

Hi Charles,

The best way to set up your sites is to focus on a niche or a certain set of keywords within a niche. You then put products on your site that are directly related. So, technically, you could set it up either way, but you'll do better the more tightly targeted you can go.

In the video tutorials, I show you how to quickly set your site up and put the products on your site, so it's easy whichever way you choose to do it.
